We engaged this company to develop an invoicing software and website and even provided partial funding. Unfortunately, they failed to fulfill the agreed plan. The project was delayed by more than two months, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the deliverables remain incomplete.Communication was very poor — responses on WhatsApp were slow, and there has been no professional reply or closure despite our repeated attempts. We are still trying to recover the project from them, but without proper cooperation.This experience has caused us financial loss and disruption to our business. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company, and future clients should proceed with caution.
