We always great wines. We got one that was got great and they refunded us for the 2 bottles we received that day. Very happy with the selections and service. Our team great.

What made it great was I received the…
What made it great was I received the wine. FedEx supposedly tried to deliver the wine twice (Fri. & Sat.), but we never heard the doorbell ring and at least one of us was home all day both days. Thankfully, it was delivered on Tuesday and George rang the doorbell.

I’ve written previously about Laithwaites. Decades ago I belonged to an import club in Canada where my collection exceeded 1,000 bottles. Then my career took me stateside and I subsequently joined another club. This, suffice to say that I have some considerable experience. Laithwaites is the best!!!

Yesterday
Yesterday, I received a shipment of wines. Six bottles was exactly what I orders. The other six were not what I ordered. That's a great deal of money to spend, over $700.00, and not get what I ordered. I believe it was a packing error because Mr. Kelby Rockwell, with whom I deal directly with, always gets our order correct. Appreciate your assistance, I have been ordering wines from you folks for over 12 years and will continue this process in the future. Respectfully, S J Maniscalco

I love the customer service and my wine representative. Shipping is always handled in a very timely manner and the email updates and communication is outstanding. The selections are always diverse and top notch. I never fail to find a new and wonderful favorite. Been here a few years and look forward to a long relationship to follow.
