I opted for the text and email only service (although I had misgivings about this). My questions were answered quickly and efficiently. This is not a frilly service but Kramer was respectful and efficient.
Communication was great. They were very helpful
Kramer was exceptionally responsive to all my requests. During a difficult period, they were extremely helpful. It seemed they knew the answers to my questions before I asked them.
Kramer Family are very courteous and sensitive to you and your needs. They escort you every step of the way to making decisions easier. Everything is handled in a very efficient manner keeping you informed at every step.
Even though we were going through a sad time Kramer staff was very helpful and kept us informed at all times, very prompt on their follow up.We were treated respectfully.
Kramer family funeral employees were kind professional and so easy to work with in taking care of my deceased brother. They took care of everything from picking my brother up at hospital, getting death certificate, taking care of notifying social security, to handing over his ashes. Their outstanding communication kept me informed of everything and in a timely manner. They were there to answer questions immediately. I live 1000 miles away and every service they provided was done expertly and timely. I could not have chosen a better place to have take care of my loved one. I recommend them highly.
Length of time for cremation to take place was over 3 weeks and staff at pick up were so fake acting. "Sorry for your loss". Worst of all a marketing issue of placing my mothers cremains in a white bag with kramer logo. Very traumatic.

I thought you guus did well with the cremation. Had a little trouble getting d.c. The doctor took his time signinh off. He finally did that and I got them. Overall I was very satisfied with yalls services

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and he is the perfect person in his job. He is compassionate and cares about your experience. He helped me with my father’s cremation by picking out the urn, the paperwork and sharing kind words that helped me during this time. Very efficient and timely.
Did not send remains in multiple bags as asked for my different family members.

Everybody we dealt with was very kind and very understanding. I didn't really shop around different places so I don't know how good of a deal we got but I felt that we were treated fairly and very professionally. They handled my mother and my father and they did a great job with both.
