SCAMMED Like Others!!!
My initial purchase was for a hot tub salt cell purchased on September 13, 2023 from gettarn.com for $74.73. I received an initial order acknowledgement on behalf of Gettarn from mail*shopamazy.com on 9/13/23 and a second acknowledgement on 9/14/23. The $74.73 transaction appeared on my Citi statement dated 9/13/23 from KITCHENAION KITCHENAION.CCOI received a shipping tracking number on behalf of Gettarn from mail*shopamazy.com on 9/15/23. The shipping history indicates on 9/28/23 the item was delivered to an incorrect address located in Williamsburg, MI. I live in New Jersey.On 10/2/23 I emailed services*gettarn.com and advised “I have been waiting weeks for my item and see it was delivered to an address in Michigan on 9/28. I live in New Jersey. Please advise ASAP. ALSO, it was disappointing to see this item shipped from China, when your site showed it in stock and your business address is located in the US”. I called and emailed services*gettarn.com again on 10/3/23 and 10/11/23. No responses were received.Oddly, when replying to the emails from mail*shopamazy.com, the email’s “To” field populates as and points to services*gettarn.com. Also, the contact number posted on Gettarn.com 786 (223)-2105 suggests you leave a message, and someone will get back to you, at which point you hear “this mailbox is full”. I disputed this charge with Citi Visa who was able to connect with KITCHENAION. They advised the Citi fraud team they shipped a "Stainless Steel Work Table 24 x 36 x 32 inch" to my home and provided a USPS tracking number that shows something was delivered to my home on 9/18/23. Of course, I never received my originally purchased item from Gettarn or any item KITCHENAION claims to have sent to my home address. I am currently running around in circles with Citi Visa and have to show them proof of my transactions with Gettarn. This is truly a SCAM and I wont stop until I get my $74.73 back, which is not a huge amount of money but simply a matter of righteous principle.

Scammed same complaint as other…
Scammed same complaint as other customers. I did not receive the item and Credit card co. initially resolved in favor of the company. Since seller sent tracking information to show item was delivered. I refuted the decision and sent the credit card company copies of reviews from Trustpilot, BBB and other scam detection sites. I filed a claim with FBI fraud dept. and the FTC. I also cc'ed the credit card company on every email I sent Strombord with the tracking number from strombord.com. The trace showed an item being delivered to an address unknown to me and not on the form I filled. The company does not send a confirmation invoice.The credit card company reopened the dispute and reviewing all the info I sent, ruled in my favor. So don't give up fighting for your rights

As noted by other reviewers, this company is pure scam. Ordered flo-bee haircut system, shown from "GETTARN". Responded to email sent by them that item is shipping as soon as payment secured. I'd used my Citi card, which was instant. No item rec'd after 1 mo.,emailed back with question as to how much longer to wait. No response after numerous inquiries. Phone # not valid, email not valid as well.On bank card statement, billing co. came thru as kitchenaion. Argued thru Citi, who gave credit and said they would contact the vendor. Came back eventually with claim that co. stated item(s) were delivered. Not only were they not delivered, but their claim was for a number of kitchen items like spatulas and such, no mention of the flo-bee I ordered. Not only frustrated with vendor, but bank, who took thier side on this. So now we sit with funds paid and nothing to show for it. Has to be criminal activity here somehow.

What a total scam company and my bank…
What a total scam company and my bank fell for these scammers and took back the $73.50 they had refunded me. I ordered a Halloween prop. They said I bought silverware. Provided a tracking number that was bogus.

OMG! Same experience of wrong product charged to Citi Bank and Citi taking the merchant's side. Would give a zero star if possible. Do NOT order from these people.

This is a completely scam company
This is a completely scam company. I am having the same experience that all these other people are relating. I ordered a compost tumbler through hainshow.com, the emails are from Shopamazy.com, and I was charged on my credit card through Kitchenaion. Never received the item. Now the emails don't even show a picture of my order anymore, somehow they erased that. But luckily I had already sent them an email requesting a refund and that email still shows my original order. Otherwise I would have no proof that I ordered what I did. Because the letter they sent to Citibank, claiming that I received my order, had a list of stuff that I never ordered. Had nothing to do with my order. And Citibank took their side. So that's fun. So now I'm busy printing out a bunch of stuff to send to Citibank to try to get them to actually give me back my $64.53. So I'm a super happy person right now, having to convince my credit card company to actually take the side of their own customer rather than a scam company.

I bought a used bubble tire balancer on line and was billed through this company called Kitchenaion and never received my order. When I tried to recover my seventy dollars from my bank they provided my bank with a list of kitchen products they said I bought and a USPS receipt showing it was delivered. I am still working with my credit card company to resolve this! I guess that's what I get for not using Pay-Pal!

I with I could minus stars! This company is a scam!! I bought something from another scam company trbtand.com and was billed by this company. They said a totally different order was delivered to a mailbox in my town. Stay away!!!

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT - Ordered a water tote from SHOPAMAZY.COM was charged under "KITCHENAION KITCHENAION.C CO". I called bank to reverse the charge. They stated the "merchant delivered the package" I am now disputing the claim by going to library to print the Emails, Tracking Number, and USPS as evidence to show that my package was never delivered. Currently the package is sitting in Colorado in the front desk. Not at my address in Michigan. So that is my proof it was never delivered as the merchant claims. I will also be screen shotting everything here and sending it to the FBI, Consumer Reporting Agency and whoever else to get these bums tossed behind bars where they belong.

No show problem
I ordered a product from another company. Said 15 business days it would arrive. The company took the money but never delivered the product. Turning it over to the bank to handle now. Do not order from them believe it was a false company.

Fraudlent company. I bought a doll house on brownsona.com website, they sent me false tracking number. Never answered calls or emails. Opened a dispute through my bank, hope to get my money back...

I ordered a folding bed from them and never received it called the company and numbers do not match I believe they are rip off I'm in dispute with my credit company right now too about this order the bed on June 21st and they withdraw the money from the my account and still have not received the product. They must be a ghost company???

Bad customer service bad phone numbers
I have had the same experience as Jon Mendoza. No package delivery, no working telephone numbers. The web site I ordered from was Called hainshow They sell women’s apparel. The kitchenaion is shown as the billing merchant. I’m in dispute with my credit card company now. They (Discover has ruled in favor of the merchant.
