Buy something else. Save yourself a headache

I purchased a stand mixer as a wedding gift, their tracking information said it would be delivered march 5. Nowhere on the website when i made the purchase did it say it was on back order march 5 came and went and it still wasn't there, I didn't think much of it, but then a week or two passed and it felt strange (last time I had ordered from them it came immediately) so I checked my tracking information (now past march 5) and it still said expected delivery March 5. So I reached out by email, they now said it would be a week delayed, so I waited over a week, still no update, I reached out again, a week delay.. this proceeded to happen for WEEKS. I never received a single notification proactively from kitchen aid on my product. I kept following up, and asking to escalate the issue to management (because i felt the customer service was atrocious and they should be proactively letting customers know when things are on back order, especially if its before they even bought it) it took about 3 months for it to finally arrive. I kept pushing to speak to a manager and the customer service girl never let me. I then proceeded to call where she informed me that management just refuses to take customer complaint calls. I don't really understand how they can even do that. You need to accept customer criticism to know where the pain points are so you can become a better company. Needless to say, I am glad I had this experience on delivery, because I cannot imagine how horrific their service is if you have an actual issue with their product. Will not be purchasing from them again 100 % based on the fact that they do not seem to care or value their customers.

Great repair service under the…

Great repair service under the guarantee. I have LOTS of Kitchenaid products and love their look and functionality.After very little use my artisan food processor stopped working. Maybe it should not have stopped working after such a short time but theses things happen. Called customer service who were pretty good, (although sometimes it takes a while to get through). I returned the processor on Saturday and it was back with me fixed and working Thursday morning. That for me is good service. Thank yoi customer service and repair team!

KITCHENAID is just TRASH

Just dont use your money with kitchenaid ! after they sell to Whirlpool corporation forget ! bad quality , u will use alot money for someting will broken and then they give a excuse u damage your product and dont have more garanti ! i pay almost 9.000kr for a stand mix and 2 years before end the garanti the machine start to have problem and now they told me i damage my machine when i can do almost 6 cakes a week Now i pay almost 4.000kr for fix the machine ( after have damage at the transport and again they told me its my problem ) I NEVER WILL USE my money for buy nothing from kitchenaid. I will back to use Smeg or Zwiliing

Kitchenaid bread toaster, not worth the money

I bought a Kitchenaid bread toaster at Magasin in November 2019, and after less than 3 years the toaster stopped toasting on one side. The guarantee is passed, and I have to buy a new one as obviously nobody will fix it. It was also not exceptional either, just a normal toaster that I bought on offer for 688 dkk (full price 1299,95 dkk!!!) for a product that has lasted less than 3 years.I am going to buy a 450dkk Philips or bosch toaster and probably be much happier.

I bought a new washer and dryer for my friend I told them that my parents always bought whirlpool products!! They lasted forever and did a great job!!! But I guess the quality is not there anymore!!!! No time the belt broke on the Dryer and the washer started acting up and would work properly!! Made me look like a liar and a fool!!!!I guess I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS TO ANYONE AGAIN!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! They first said they can not refund it if the unit was purchased in 2019. I stated that the item was purchased only 6 moths ago. they keep changing the version of that they said in previous emails and they keep trying to avoid answering and dealing with the case by referring me to the subsidiary that already told me that can not help me since they dont know when they can source spare parts from KitchenAid. They are not even able to tell me what exactly they can do to solve the issue!

I've just had an Engineer come to my home with no gloves or mask coughing and spluttering, who didn't even bring the right part (2and visit) then after he left (I've had a call saying he wont make the visit, he's been sent home sick) when I tired to ask if it was due to covid, they firstly said he was sent home, then he is already off self isolating. They have no information off this person even attending. I do..... I know it's the same guy who came out 2 weeks ago and they are saying he is off self isolating???? how was he in my house today then???? OUTRAGED

Lost two of my appliances when sent off for repair. Never reply to emails, have to fight for compensation

7 year warranty, claimed on two appliances in the first 3 years. Both times they collected then lost my appliance in their “service centre” both times I spend months chasing as they never replied First time after 4 months they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT appliance without discussion or notification, I gave up fighting and sold it on eBay for enough money to buy a used replacement of my appliance. Now for the second time they have lost my appliance and after 7 weeks of no response I have had to threaten court action to get a reply. Now they won’t give me a replacement to the same spec so am having to fight for a refund. Shocking service, surprised that kitchen aid care so little about their brand that they let whirlpool deliver this poor service in the UK

Update on previous review

Update on previous review. Another week has passed and still waiting for a resolution. The reply was as expected alas they were unable to provide any directors details so I did some research and found the details myself and contacted all of them! Guess what absolutely NONE of them actually afforded me with the courtesy of a reply! Seems to me the appalling Customer Service comes from the top down! 1 star is too many!! Faulty product - Whirlpool refusing to comply with the Consumer Rights Act - buyers beware!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I purchased a kitchenaid toaster to match my kitchenaid kettle and it broke within 2 months. They can't fix it and haven't got the same colour one for replacement. These items were expensive and I obviously want them to match! No offer of any compensation or replacement of kettle. Not what I would expect from kitchenaid
