No real support when things go wrong
We used Kitchen Advisor to find and purchase a kitchen, trusting that they work with reliable and professional partners. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.The installer they matched us with repeatedly postponed appointments, delivered incorrect parts, and left our kitchen half-installed. Countertops were placed without silicone sealing, wall cabinets were not mounted, and we were left storing large kitchen components inside our living space for 5 weeks after moving in.We experienced multiple confirmed appointments where no one showed up or cancelled at the last minute. Each time, we had to rearrange our schedule and wait at home all day.Kitchen Advisor’s only response was “we are contacting the company,” but there was no real follow-up, no accountability, and no practical solution offered. We were essentially left alone to deal with an unreliable supplier and an unfinished kitchen.If you expect Kitchen Advisor to actively protect customers or ensure quality control of their partners, that was not our experience. They act purely as a middleman and take no responsibility once problems occur.We would strongly recommend being cautious and not relying on them for after-sales support.

It's early days, we just got a kitchen appointment with a kitchen studio for tomorrow, after I enquired 1.5 days ago with Kitchen Advisor. We immediately got a phone appointment with a very attentive Kitchen advisor who listened to our needs and put us in touch with the kitchen studio. So far I could not ask for more.
