This was the first order I placed with Kid Cars and I was very happy with the ease of ordering. Very straightforward from beginning to checkout. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery interval. It was delivered the next day which beat my expectations.
The car itself seems to be doing great. Sometimes the remote doesn’t work properly and won’t turn the car enough. It took about two weeks to get the car and the lady on the phone wasn’t very friendly. Then I get a call from a company delivering it that it doesn’t have an address, only the city. So luckily they had my number to get ahold of me.
Appalling service! We got given a dud car that didn't charge properly and we live 5 hours away from the store so tried to get them to help us resolve the issue. They just stopped communicating by email all together and wouldn't send us out a new charger (which was the faulty part) have tried multiple times to ring them on the phone and most of the time they dont answer. When they do you get some indian guy who reckons he always needs to talk to the manager and then you never ever hear back from this so called manager. Im absolutely raging that we spent 700 on a car and its never worked properly and they ignore us completely when we try to get them to resolve the issue.Worst customer service ever! We have been completely ripped off
I ordered a kid car part on the 6th of March 6. No shipment notice and no deliveries in the last two weeks. I called the company and they gave me the run around and assured me it would ship the following day. That was three days ago. I paid $29 for the part and additional $29 for shipping. Makes no sense.
If you're looking for customer service, I would suggest buying from someone else. In stock item ordered on Dec 31 got delivered on Jan 30. Tried calling customer service after a couple of weeks, always went to voicemail. Left message, also sent an email and tried using their online chat. No one ever called me back or replied. They do not reply to any queries.

Order from here 2 months and haven't even received the parts and then I get this email to leave a review so thats what I got to say phone about the part they told me they sending it out its been another 3 weeks still nothing
This company is a scam. They took my money and have never received my product. Have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I called the phone number on the website ... most times no one answers... and when someone picks up its not even Kids-Cars.ca. The random business that picked up gave me a different number to call and that goes to voicemail.
Extremely delayed order. Poor communication amongst staff, as well as with the customer. Difficulty with canceling the order. Still not canceled, even though request was made 4 times. Twice over the phone and twice over email.
The shipping department forgot to ship my item for several days and it wasn’t until I called to check my shipping status that they finally got it enroute. The delay means it will show up too late for my son’s birthday party and is a huge disappointment.When it finally arrived, the unit production code was 4 years old - the battery has already aged out of service.I would absolutely never use this garbage operation again for anything. This is obviously a ring of fraudsters selling old, secondary market goods. Absolutely shocking lack of quality from the first second of our interaction. RUN AWAY!
very happy with the purchase to be honest communication was a little iffy to start but they certainly came through in the end.If you reach out to them and they don't get back to you right away don't panic they are looking after your request.
Was hoping this car was more durable the the ones you buy at toys r us…nope..my 2.5yr old drove it over a stump and it crack the entire bottom passenger side plus ripped off the cover that protects wires. This all within a week of having it. Contacted the company and the girl was not helpful at all. I asked for another email contact and was ghosted… currently in the process of moving so don’t have time to deal with this. What a shame!!! My kid really loves this car.
Item was estimated to be shipped here a week ago, still have not even had communication that it has shipped out yet, tried calling and received no updates other then for me to call back next week.

Been waiting weeks for a battery I ordered. I messaged 10 days ago asking for a status update and again 3 days ago and have not got any response back.
I still didn’t receive my order. Can you please work on it first please???
Great selection
I placed the order and two days later when I called they said they don’t have this car and it won’t be in for two months. They should remove items that are not available from the website!
Paid and got ship notice but package never came. Contacted shipper and package was never picked up. Called kids cars multiple times and was always told they’d look into it. After no results attempting to get my money back through PayPal.
