We had a new back door and sealed…
We had a new back door and sealed windows replaced yesterday. Cannot fault the service from quote to fitting. Thank you Paul, Simon and Anthony for making this so hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

An excellent service
An excellent service from Dean and the whole team. From beginning visit to finished fitting, they have always been professional, polite and efficient. The finished windows and doors (whole house) look stunning and we are very pleased. Their price was also very competitive and included things like the sills which other companies charge extra for. Would highly reccomed Kent Trade Frames to anyone looking for new windows or doors and we would 100% use them again.

New front door
I had a new front door fitted yesterday and I cannot express how delighted I am with it. The fitter (Paul) arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished and getting the old door out was not easy! Once finished the area was left clean and tidy. Paul explained how the door operates and didn't leave until I was happy with how do open and lock the door!The service provided by the whole team at Kent Trade Frames from quotation to fitting has been amazing. The team are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble . I have used them previously, will definitely use them again and are highly recommended

New windows and doors
Ive just had 6 new double glazed windows, a new back door and a new front door fitted by Kent Trade Frames. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The initial meeting with Dean was brilliant. He understood what requirements were necessary to improve my home. He was knowledgeable and explained about the different windows and doors and their benefits in depth. He helped guide me through the options without any pressure.The installation of the doors and windows by Colin and Richard was smooth and professional. They created very little mess and cleaned before finishing the job each day. They were both very polite and able to answer any questions I had about the fitting process. The quality of Colin and Richard’s work and the quality of the windows and doors has made a noticeable difference to my home. It feels warmer and looks beautiful both inside and outside.I would highly recommend Kent Trade Frames and a big thank you to Dean, Colin, Richard and the whole team for such a positive and stress free experience.

Excellent from start to finish!
We recently had new double glazing and bi-fold doors fitted by Kent Trade Frames and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Dean was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He really listened to what we wanted and helped guide us through the options without any pressure.Thanks to Lee and George the installation was smooth and professional, and the quality of the windows has made a noticeable difference to both the warmth and look of our home. I recently had six windows and a new front door fitted. A friendly member of the team visited to take measurements and discuss our requirements. There was no hard sales pitch unlike our companies I had experienced. The price was very competitive and the fitting took three days. Both fitters were highly skilled and very professional. The final products look amazing. I’m very pleased with the end result:

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Have used before and will use again. Went over and above to provide excellent products (bathroom windows) at really good prices and service both during and after, award winning. Wish more companies were like this. Thanks guys.

Lovely windows and great service
Kent Trade Frames fitted new windows, patio doors, front and back doors in our house. The whole process was quick and easy, and everything was finished to a high standard. Dean their representative was very professional, and the office staff and fitting teams were helpful and friendly. I would definitely use the company again for any future requirements. Thank you.

Will definitely use again!
Had new windows throughout the house, both upstairs and down. From start to finish it’s been a great service, from consultation and ordering to fitting and follow up. Communication has been top notch as the windows come in early and calls were made to bump up fitting. Fitting was completed in a great time but also to a high imaging standard. Will definitely use again when needed.

New Windows and Door
We are replacing our windows and front door and had a handful of companies round to quote. We hadn’t heard of Kent Trade Frames before but read the reviews and, as soon as Dean walked into our property, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and evidently proud of Kent Trade Frames and their products/service that they deliver. He filled us with complete confidence, his speed of communication and dedication is second to none and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service he has already demonstrated. Dean wasn’t a typical salesperson either which we both appreciated greatly.It was a tough decision between Kent Trade and our usual supplier as the price difference was minimal between the two. It was simply the fact that Dean is so personable, superior and professional all round that we decided to go with Kent Trade Frames. Really looking forward to the installation and we have every confidence that, should we encounter any issues, this will be rectified without any fuss. Thanks Dean!

My husband and I have conservatory…

KTF came recommended from neighbours who have recently had some windows replaced. The Consultant who visited us, Dean, was prompt, informative and friendly. We enjoyed talking to him.
