The rug we got was colorful and well made, but the colors were not woven in but printed on and somewhat pixilated. This means it does not have a knap and is not plush. Since this was for our family room for grandkids to play on, we did not need a fancy rug and this looks fine. I do recommend getting a pad, however, as the rug is thin and tends to curl at the corners.
Excellent rug for the price… It came from Turkey so slight delay on delivery but well worth the wait.

Perfect rug, just as pictured and described. I used the picture tool to see what it would look like in my room and it was exactly as it looked so would highly recommend using this. I looked at hundreds of rugs on all of the sites that come up on Facebook feeds and felt that Just rug was the best value for money.

Like other reviews left here I was a tad apprehensive buying a rug from a pic online but it is as pictured. The quality and colour are what I expected too. Rugs are nice but the edges don't lay flat and the robot vacuum cleaner catches on it gets stuck or won't go over it. I could find nothing on their site to help with this issue.They are a little pricey also.

Had some hiccups with shipping notifications, but customer service was responsive, and the rug arrived on time. The rug is exactly as described and pictured. Quality is perfectly in line with the cost.
Really nice rug. Not a thick rug and lies quite flat which is what I wanted as it is to go under my dining table. Had a query and customer service replied within 24 hours.

Extreme lack of quality. For a couple hundred pounds you’d AT LEAST expect better resolution. Such a disappointing product.

**review edited 20/02/2026**The rug received was not the same product as advertised online. Be aware that these rugs are not real woven ones, they are a print of an actual woven rug on top of machine washable material. This may be fine for some people but personally, I wanted a proper rug. I emailed their support team and I received an automated response with two options very soon afterwards. I replied selecting a refund, and it was completely refunded in just a few days to my bank. I was told I don’t need to return the item, so I have donated it.It was a very simple returns process, although would have preferred to have been better informed about the product beforehand.
Looks great, fits perfectly, and no one believes it is a washable rug. Look just like the rug we bought in Morocco years ago that burned in the Palisades Fire…we are going to order more of them.
