Exercise has always been difficult for me. Jupinko is able to energize and motivate me with creative music and movement. It is evident that her dance background makes a difference. She also customizes my diet and exercise to fit my level of ability so it is joy rather than a struggle. She is not only my coach she is my biggest cheerleader. GC
Its a fun experience working out with Jupinko. It doesn’t feel like a workout. All of a sudden you’re sweating and you didn’t realize you were moving enough to do so; she makes it seem effortless! I also use her nutritional program, HIGHLY recommend if you have issues with bloating, weight or just want to feel better. Was initially looking for a simple cleanse and have been thrilled with the tea, fizzes, meal replacements - a range of good clean products.
