We recently started a "pay as you go" contract with JR Language Translation Services, based on an increased need for recruitment and internal investigations with other languages.We used this service for the very first time on Tuesday and it was extremely useful and a great first impression. Our translator/interpreter, Dolores, provided top line service and made the phone screen interview with a Spanish speaking candidate extremely comfortable not just for myself, but (and more importantly) for our Candidate.

Expensive and bad customer service
They charged $60 for expedited service. After I received an email from them, I replied to point out a translation error, but instead of sending the corrected files, they responded with more questions. Because the issue fell over the weekend, it took several more days to get a response. No compensation was offered, even though the problem resulted from their initial translation error, which included sentences not present in the original document. unprofessional work. And bad customer service.
