Very lucky if you receive your order.
Ordered 3 cd box sets that were advertised as if in stock. Paid by PayPal Waited 3 weeks said they would be dispatched but nothing arrived Asked for refund and was ignored. Contacted PayPal and one of the box sets was sent unfortunately when I opened it was used and mangled due to inadequate packaging. It was also a counterfeit Chinese box set. Contacted PayPal again. I had to pay to send the item back to France and after a PayPal review of the case eventually refunded but not for my return postage. Please be aware it is not advisable to deal with this unscrupulous seller. Take my advise please.

Terrible Scam Site
Terrible. Nice little scam site going on there. So basically what they do is have fake inventory, then you order and pay. Next, when you wait a few weeks and nothing arrives you will have to dispute the charge. If it's PayPal, this thief will attempt to keep the "shipping cost" even though the item was never in stock to begin with. Nice little scam. This site needs to be permanently shut down. Period!

Avoid this site - I ordered a cd box set and paid by credit card €140 about 6 weeks ago.I heard nothing for two weeks - I emailed them asking where my order was, they replied back saying it would be despatched the following week. Nothing arrived. Since then I have messaged them five times - they have ignored my all my messages. I have since reported them to my credit card provider and they have refunded me. As I said - AVOID THIS SITE.

No Communication
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviewer below.I ordered a Vinyl (L A Woman Work Shop Sessions) almost 4 weeks ago.No acknowledgement of the order was sent to me and after a polite three weeks wait, I contacted the seller.I have thus far been ignored and I don’t like these type of operators.Update: I contacted PayPal and I have been notified that a refund is being issued.Update II- I received my refund and this is clearly a case of poor communication. The record obviously was not in stock, but I was not informed and I had to take action through PayPal, in order to get them to move. I’ve upgraded the review to three stars.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I ordered 4 vinyl records, paid by VISA card, and only two were sent. That took around 6 weeks. When I asked where the other 2 records were I was told they are on 'back order'. Over 3 months later I had still not received them. Then I asked for a refund. No reply. Two weeks later I again asked for a refund. I finally got a reply saying a refund had been processed. 9 days after that I still didn't have the money back. I then contacted Hi-Pay, the payment processor, who said they would only talk to the merchant. After asking AGAIN for a refund, some of the money was sent back to me via PayPal, which wasn't the method I used to pay originally. This 'refund' was also 25 euros short of what I originally paid. When I asked why he had kept 25 Euros of my money, he replied that because he'd only sent half the order, shipping costs were no longer free. This was clearly not the agreement I entered into when I made the order, and I will be instructing my bank to reverse the full payment. This is not a professional business.
