The Nurse Practitioner Alison was great from the start. She made me feel comfortable because I've never done anything like this. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend & highly satisfied!

Easy and quick
I spoke with Alyssa M. During my consultation and she was absolutely amazing. She immediately made me comfortable, didn’t judge any of my questions- even when I mentioned I was in the process of choosing between Ivim and another online provider. She made it easy to understand what I was going to be putting in my body and made me feel 1000% more excited to start this journey. Once I save up the funds for my year long supply I’m going full on in! The only thing I will say, is it would be nice to have a monthly payment option that doesn’t rely on your credit standing to qualify. I have really bad credit (work in progress) but make more than enough through employment to cover any of the proposed payment plans. If this hadn’t be an issue in the moment I would’ve started my subscription the same day I spoke with her. Give us alternative payment options Ivim! Help a girl out 😭 and thank you Alyssa! Got a next day appointment. Met with a nurse practitioner. Up front pricing. Low membership cost. I have researched so many of these places and I really liked how this one operated.

Not really clear on time or anything waiting jow 2 weeks there saying
Providers (nurses) are wonderful, but $79 monthly subscription for orders to take 14 days to fill and ship for second month puts patient in expensive Catch 22. Patient must choose between early order before its reasonably possible to evaluate efficacy of compounded med or ordering after 4th dose and not having next dose in time for scheduled injection. Lapses mean losing cumulative build up and create risk of regaining weight. $79 subscription is charged monthly from first order date so either way patient is stuck paying it even if you decide to quit at end of first month (you don't receive the meds on same day. Additionally dosing does not increase in 2.5mg increments but rather .5mg weekly when increase is required so it takes 5 weeks to get to what would normally be the next ldose level with brand name medication. All the while $79 subscription keeps billing. Annual program price is great, but it's unclear what happens if FDA cracks down on compounding pharmacies and patient has paid for a full year. At monthly rate, if patient pays two months subscription to evaluate drug and it takes five weeks to obtain standard dosage increase, the cost is actually the same as or more than the current branded medication accessibility price. AND, you cab have branded med delivered to a Walmart for pick up w/in a couple of days of refill prescription. Much of the customer service and provider care is good and friendly, but acess is randomly unavailable when it would speed up the process so it fits in b/f monthly subscription ends. Lastly, there is a real need to improve the video on doing injection. It needs to start from unboxing, clearly show where to find dose and how to match dose when filling syringe, provide "right" and "wrong" pics for each step and offer troubleshooting advice. Offering the video is wonderful, but it could be better.
