Before this course-before Inspirean, I never considered that my barometer for decision making was my past experiences. Or that survival tactics were keeping me from my dreams and goals. Awareness is a great tool. Becoming a curious detective about my actions, no longer to brow beat myself, to recognize when I’m operating in fear, so I can self correct. The choice is mine and awareness helps me make fully conscious decisions. I have so much gratitude for these courses!

I was able to see some items I thought I was done with were actually surpressed and I still need to complete the process of healing.
