Awesome staff, extremely helpful
I purchased a wedding set for a 20th anniversary gift for my wife. Ordered a little later than planned. These people did everything they could to make sure I had the rings on time! Even better they got it to me even earlier than their best guess! I sooo appreciate these people and will buy from them again. Shop here with confidence. Highly recommended!!!!!

Black hills gold silver rings

Some delays…
Never answered phone so took advantage of email and chat, receiving repeated replies of manufacturing delays. Apparently rep. wasn't knowledgeable in shipping methods or tracking, claiming it shipped regular mail but was actually shipped fedex. Eventually, company claimed a wrong address delivery issue, recovery, and redelivery. Still unsure which response was based on fact, in any event product was eventually received as described.
