Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, up until you find out they're a scam. They keep saying you need to do one last payment and drag the process out. Really weird how their website is still up, they will be in a lot o debt.

Complete scam

Complete scam, i was very sick and they took thousand of dollars like in the other review. If you’re in contact them, do not give them any money. They will not do anything for you but will continue to ask you money over and over again without results

Immi-net is a typical Florida scam

Immi-net is another fraudulent Florida-based company, forcing clients to pay for all sorts of fake immigration services, but yet not providing any of them. They claim to do business from America (where they are registered), but actually seem to be based in Israel. With us, they started by 'selling' the 'E2-visa dream', and regularly I received phone calls and e-mails from Nikki Smith, Mark Edwards, Michelle Wilson, Mia Simpson, Mark Cross, and Jonathan Skar. Repeated requests for video calls to see with who we were dealing with, and for actual evidence of status progress (for example filed documents etc.) remained unanswered. They requested to send a collection of personal data and official forms, and via phone-calls they ensured, that 'their team was working hard on our application, but in order to enter a next stage you will have to make the next payment'. A vicious operation, not responding to any refund claims despite of not having provided the agreed upon services. Our E2-visa process with Immi-net 'started' in 2020, and last year I received a strange email, that the 'application for a green card was ongoing'; on a request for evidence, they sent us the application number for the 2024 DV they enrolled us in (which you can do yourself online, for free, and has nothing to do with an E2-visa or green card). We lost an approximate 28.000 euros on this scam, for which we will fight in court. A despicable thieving company, that takes all the liberty in doing so thanks to the conservative, theatrical and useless oversight of the US authorities. Everything is just 'show'. The only advantage with this experience for us was, that we learned many reasons why not to move to the US, especially not to scam-infested Florida. We are cured forever, and stay nicely in beautiful Europe.

SCAM GO AWAY

Imminet - Immine i started the process of immigration when a guy in your company explain me about the process and the payment of the process Every 3 months I get a call asking for the payment of thousands of dollars that have not been discussed before and it is guaranteed every time that it is the last payment. Today I received a call from Mr. Scott again about another payment after he told me a month ago that the $4,000 payment I am paying is the last. I have no other way to pay. Hope you are at peace with yourselves

Department of Justice, FBI, Federal Trade Commission have been notified

I have been with Immi-Net for 3 years and they have taken most of my life savings and provided no service. Promised a Green Card but given me nothing. They called me every so often asking for more money, Government Fees, US Consulate fees. However I am based in New York and will be working with the US Authorities and Lawyers to bring these people down and put them behind bars and serve justice for all the lives they have ruined. These people are: Michael Brown, Mark Cross, Michelle Windser, Jonathan Skar, Sylvia Platt, Mark Edwards, Mia Simpson.

Paid a lot of money in vain. Bad service

Everything people write here is true. I also paid thousands of dollars without getting any results after they have handled my case for 3 years! People like Mark Cross, Steve Evans and more promised me 9 months ago that "next week" the US embassy will set an interview, but still nothing happened. They won't supply any written evidence or a formal document regarding the alleged stage of my application. They also won't give me back the money I paid

I invested in immi coin

I invested in immi coin. I don't remember how much, but I bought 150,000 coins. It was not a significant amount, as I think they were worth about .02cents per coin. They said they would be open to trade at some point in future and this was at least 4 years ago. Now I cannot log in, and I keep getting error messages when I even go there thru Google or any other search engines. I want to know what happened to my coins and are they available to trade or sell?

Re-validation of PR status to the US

A certain Nikki Smith (Imminet Rep., then Mark Cross) contacted me on several occasions after I've inquired online thru an FB ad. She first asked for 325 to register then followed by another 1,300.00 USD worth of money. They charged me in Euro equivalent. They sent me Visa options as per their assessment of documents, but I told them that I am a "Green Card" holder of the US and all I need is to re-validate my PR entry to the country. They asked for more money for added fees, services, etc. but did not specify in the receipt what they were for. When I decided not to pursue their further charges/offer, they ceased responding to my messages but kept pursuing the 1,300.00 amount from my credit card which they can't even validate for what service as there were no services rendered. This is a downright scam and the reviews here speak a lot. Never again will I apply for this company.

They are fraudsters do not trust this company

Horrible customer service. They are a fraudulent company. They promised me jobs that will lead to sponsorship and I was making payments twice a month and they lied that the payments were going towards processing a work visa. I paid over 8 thousand dollars and they did absolutely nothing for me and I missed out on multiple job opportunities because they were not processing the visa for me as promised. They lied to me twice about which kind of visa I am eligible. Paulina Adams, Mark Cross, Michael Brown, Mark Edwards and Jonathan Skar are all the staff that were supposed to help me. IMMINET IS FRAUD DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION NEEDS!!!! They are horrible.

Immi Net

The client received full assistance from the company. Unfortunately, the client decided on her own to visit the border before our instructions. Also, the client apparently did not visit the border when we instructed her to do it. The client did not collect the visa and blamed the company. It`s important to mention that the client has got 3 denied for a visa to the USA before we started to work on her behalf. It`s clear the reason so far she was not allowed to come to the USA. The decision to offend our team and damage our brand`s company is the last act of someone who does not take responsibility. Immi-net will continue providing immigration services with responsibility. Our support is ready to answer any question: support@immi-net.com
