i really love the pieces
i really love the pieces, but a little bit disappointed..i mailed for a piercing that i couldn’t found anymore on their site and they answered that is not available anymore/out of stock and after 2-3 weeks apparently it is again available again, on sales

Incredible brand! So pretty! Great customer service.
I have purchased several products from Idyl over the last few months. The product is stunning, I find the colour of the gold (white) and the diamonds so pretty. In addition, their customer service has been so so easy and incredibly helpful with for a few returns and exchanges I have made when I changed my mind.

Easy replacement
The quality of their jewelry is great, but the chain on the necklace I bought broke months after the purchase and they exchanged it right away with no issues. 👍👍

It keeps getting better
This is the second time i have bought from Idyl, and again, the items and packaging was absolutely beautiful and arrived to me (in the UK) very quickly. I ordered on the 22nd December and the item arrived on Christmas Eve. Idyl have also been acknowledged by Vogue for the quality of their lab grown diamonds. I would still buy again.

Great customer service
I received a piece of jewelry from my husband December 2024 (for Christmas), from Idyl. In December 2025, I noticed a diamond missing. I sent one email advising of the issue, pictures and a copy of my husband's receipt, and within hours, I received a return label, and within two weeks, I received a replacement. Beautiful jewelry and wonderful customer service. I definitely recommend this company.

I received my idyl earrings for…
I received my idyl earrings for Christmas. I was impressed with the packaging in a grey cloth fold over that has a wrist strap included. The earrings are sparkly. Delightful! I think of them as a little constellation of stars for my ears!
