They were awesome and professional. And came out the same day I called in the evening. These guys are great.
Outdated and no applicants. Was not helpful in the least bit. Save your money.
HVACagent.com is a scam. Took our money ($400) for HVAC Tech posting. We had one old, outdated record supposedly come in from our posting, BUT the person never answered phone, they never answered email — never actually showed any interest at all. Probably just a ghost record they use to justify some response. It’s a scam. Don’t use them.
Paid these people to post my job on the internet. Three weeks in, and I have had zero inquiries. Tried to find my job on multiple sites with no luck. Pretty sure these guys took my money, never posted a damn thing, and of course they have a no guarantee/no refund policy. My mistake...Won't fall for it a second time
We called a technician on short notice, and he arrived at a scheduled time and was fully equipped for any work. We asked him to check out our boiler since it was switching off constantly, and he quickly found the reason for malfunctioning!
The technician was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the HVAC service to deal with all problems in repairing your water heater.
The technician was honest with his advice, which is refreshing as many companies are not like this one nowadays! The quality service given by them to our HVAC systems has been outstanding from start to finish.
I wish I had checked out the reviews for this company before signing up with them. I essentially paid $400 for nothing. Supposedly, they post your job on over 2500 job boards. However, there is no way to prove they actually do this. Also, they "generously" match resumes to your search. However, they don't allow you to search their resume database. Maaaaybe it's because they don't actually have very many. I had only FIVE resumes matched to my job post. When I said it was unsatisfactory and wanted my money back, he simply offered a free nation-wide "blast". My client isn't willing to pay for travel and relocation of a candidate, so that doesn't help me! He then said he would speak with the General Manager and/or CEO about my concern and call me back. He didn't. I had to follow up... again. He then blew me off and said they would offer... wait for it... a free nation-wide "blast". I'm like... I already told you that's not going to cut it. I want my money back. This is a scam. He said he would speak with them again and get back to me. NOTHING. BIRDS ARE CHIRPING OVER HERE. So... I called back. No one answered - despite it being within their normal business hours. I left a message. No one called me back... again. I just called AGAIN. Guess what? No answer AGAIN. Interestingly enough, the ability to leave a Google review on the company has been removed, as well. How clever.... DO NOT FALL PREY TO HVACAGENT.COM!
We contracted with HVAC Agent a few weeks ago, and we are not happy with the service provided thus far. Out of 12 leads only 4 meet our criteria, and leads have not been updated in almost 20 days.Tried to contact Customer service and Sales, and message is they are closed. Have also emailed and giving them 24 hrs to respond before we take action.
$399 paid and we received no viable candidates. All the candidates were from old sources and even after immediately attempting to contact them the leads were almost always wrong numbers. We contacted HVAC Agent but it took them several weeks to return our calls. Over several months We complained to HVAC Agent, then they promised to give us free 30 days for October 2018. Now they have stopped returning our calls.
It has been three weeks since I posted our job and I have received 7 candidates. They are all either too far out of our area or are not actually looking for work. With all of the recruiting HVAC Agent says they are doing, I am incredibly disappointed in the service. They say that they are "evaluating" job seekers. However, it is nothing more than an algorithm in their system to match people to your posting. I found that every single one of the candidates that I *did* receive do not even almost match what we are looking for in a technician. Their preferred job markets and their experience backgrounds were so far off that I can't imagine why they were being matched to my profile. Craigslist is a fraction of the cost. I don't see the benefit of this service and I will never use them again. The amount of money I spent absolutely does not justify the "job" they say that are doing. And please do not respond with your boilerplate response that I have read over and over again. I have no interest in contacting you.
Run away from this job posting service. Total crap.
not enough applicants
I found the service to be lacking quality candidates. It could have been the geographic location (mid-north Ohio), but there were a large number of irrelevant profiles presented as "potential matches". I gave two stars instead of one because all the people I met working for the company are professional & polite.
I want to say some really bad things but I will keep it clean. I paid for my first credit, never got one response from it, EVER. Got two candidates in 30 days that I actually had a conversation with. One interview and the candidate wasn't even in this trade for the most part. The reason why I am so upset is because it wasted my time that I don't have to waste! Chasing nothing for 30 days? SIgn me up! Why sell a product that you know isn't going to produce for your customers. Be up front with them and let them know that the simple credit will waste your time. I wanted real advice, not some chuckle head wanting to make a dollar.I am an operations manager for a small heating company in Washington State. When I do make sales calls, I let the customer know up front if what they are asking for will work for their situation, or not, no matter what the cost! You mean to tell me with over 2000 sites that you post to, you can only get me two new candidates in 30 days and a total of 24-25 that go back several months to make it look good? Really poor performance!
Website is bad, difficult to use.Candidates are few and far between, no ability to download or email resumes. Over priced for the product that I received.
No one has returned any of my attempt to contact.
There are no candidates, however I still get 1 billion emails a day. It is like volunteering to get spammed
too expensive for what little service or real resumes. Would not recommend.
