Huckleberry's service is awful
Huckleberry's service is awful. Back in June 2022, I got Workers Comp insurance with them with EIG. Their communication with the client is basically nonexistent. At first, there was an issue with the payment set up. No calls from Huckleberry about that! As a result EIG canceled my policy after one month. It took some work to reinstate the policy. Then I set up auto-pay to avoid any payment issues. Two weeks ago I found out that my policy had been canceled by EIG for non renewal over 3 months earlier. No one from Huckleberry had ever bothered to contact me when the policy was near the end of it's term in order to renew. Huckleberry admitted in writing that their "agent" had quit over 12 months earlier and no new agent was assigned to my policy. They called it a "clerical error"! As of today, I keep getting rejected by most other carriers, including EIG, due to laps of policy. Only one carrier is willing to write a new policy at 90% higher than what I had before with EIG.Huckleberry's incompetence is costing me $45,000 more annually for comp policy.

SCAM, I APPLIED, GAVE ALL MY PERSONAL INFO,3 DAYS LATER ONLY CRICKETS! NO EMAILS, THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE IS ONLY AN ANSWERING MACHINE. I GOT POLICIES FROM NICK HANSON AT THE INSURANCE SHOP. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AND ARE VERY REASONABLE 888-611-7467. I'M STILL WORRIED BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY PERSONAL INFO !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The person I was able to talk to on the phone handled all my issues, was friendly, and a joy to talk to. The website however leaves alot to be desired when you can't login for months, can't even pull or edit cois. Email support doesn't respond timely, and chat your on hold and waiting for someone and nobody chats back.
