This has potential...

This has the potential to be a very useful tool but because of some features it is difficult to utilize properly.-PTO/Time Off should automatically be deducted from the PTO bank if someone makes a request, so no one has to go back into the calendar and remember to add the time off (again) in the calendar for the deduction to take place.-There should be more access levels that limit the ability to see each other's files. With the current set up, Administrator is the only level where you can access employee files and input information, but it allows you to see EVERYONE, not just those under your supervision. This is difficult for me, as our department heads have access to even their bosses' files due to this setting. So I have to use a different system to track upper management.The "manager/supervisor" settings do not give enough freedom to use as intended. The roles should be customizable so that it can vary depending on need.

The current apps we utilize are great

The current apps we utilize are great, however on Company Policies, it would be nice to be able to modify the original Welcome page.

HR direct apps are 90% easy to use

HR direct apps are 90% easy to use. I do have some employees that have trouble when they sign up and trying to log in. They have had to do it several times. Also, the sexual harassment training, there are a few employees that the system will not allow them to complete one session. I will check and see which session it is and call to have someone review it.

If you have over 10 employees, go elsewhere.

The only decent thing about them is that their customer service is nice and helpful, but their tech teams are very slow at fixing things sometimes. Overall their services are horrible interface wise. Whether it be constantly being logged out while you are in the middle of browsing, or having to go back to the dashboard and refresh your search and start completely over because files wont load under someones employee profile. There is no intuitive way to sort profiles, discipline files, etc and you have to manually scroll search for things. If you find what you are looking for, but want to return to where you left off, you cant. You have to go back to the dashboard and start over. If you hit the back arrow on the web browser, it will send you to the top of the list and back to the first page of the section you are on and you have to start over. Employee record files (scanned pdfs) constantly are showing up under the wrong person's name, or won't load at all until you refresh the page multiple times. The application customization is extremely limited. On top of all of this, if you do move on to a different provider, it is EXTREMELY cumbersome to get your employee files from here to wherever you're trying to move them to. They do not offer an option to export employee data as a zip file, so you have to go through EACH employee record file and download EACH individual file. If you have a small amount of employees, this isn't too big of a deal, but as I just finished having to download all scanned files, and printing all the disciplinary records of 100+ employees separately, I can not make it more clear than saying avoid this provider at all costs. It is absolutely ridiculous how it operates latency wise and how there is no efficiency for any type of workflow.

Great platform, but need some minor tweaks

I love the platform, but I keep getting error messages on a daily basis and I wish you could enter multiple days of vacation with one entry versus having to do each day separately.

Not receiving applications in HR Direct App…

I'm receiving emails that an application has been submitted, but when I look in the HR Direct listing of applications submitted they do not show. Also, HR direct is not assigning the correct date to the application within the email I receive - it's off by more than a month. I need this working by tomorrow at noon.Thank You,David Royka

The application still loads extremely slow. I've had applicants report being unable to complete the application due to issues with your site.

The program needs updating

The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.
