Worst Hosting Experience Ever – Avoid Hostblast.net
I’ve been facing plenty of issues with Hostblast.net. Websites constantly go down and even a simple WordPress site with Elementor struggles to load properly due to their very low server resources.One month ago, I opened a support ticket regarding an issue, and until now I haven’t received a single reply. Their support is completely unresponsive and unreliable.If you value your website and need proper support, I strongly recommend avoiding Hostblast.net. This has been the worst hosting experience I’ve ever had.

Websites down, no response from support. I am going through what feels like a nightmare with this company. I don't think they are worth your time or money. Plenty of competitors around.

Domain has expired even after Renewing it 5 Days Ago
I've made the payment on the 14th to renew my Domain but it has been expired since the 16th of April. I've contacted their customer support multiple times but they replied back with "Thank you for contacting us!We are sorry about the delay in the process. We have reported the issue to the domain management team. They will activate the domain and notify you via email."This is the worst Company to work with. DO NOT GET YOUR DOMAIN OR HOSTING THROUGH HOST BLAST.

I have been using their services for more than 6 years, but the last couple of months the situation has been disastrous. They don't even manage to make it 24 hours without some sort of hosting error. Contact with support is based on luck. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Emails are received too late
I used this hosting provider only for email services. And it is not working well. Emails are received too late, support blames Playstation Network, and support answers are too slow.Emails are few hours late, sometimes even more. I don't want to think about hosting a whole website with this provider, I am scared what would be the response time.Edit -> Even if the order of receiving an email is messy, they say it is not their problem

zero customer service , infact they are the worst hosting company out there.This company has made me to loss money severally as many of my clients always get angry and give me a negative review due to me not delivering their websites on time as a result of the poor service from Hostblast.net. Last but not least , their technical support is always offline and only pre-sales and billing support are always online because they need to convince people to buy and tell you they have an uptime of 99% plus which isn't true because as I even speak now , I bought a gold package from them which I can't even build my clients website at the money because for many hours now , it is down and ever since I sent them a TICKET to their Technical support, they have not responded neither have they solved my problem but when it is to make payment , they will always be available to confirm payment.All departments that can assist after you have bought your package from them are always OFFLINE.

They stole my domain and are awful
They stole my domain and pretended they dont support .es domains. Yes it is true! I paid for a domain and they registered it and said it was not registered (because I checked on another site of course) then they said they would refund the cost. I wanted the domain, their support is awful and as said they are thieves so avoid at all cost. They are shoddy and most of their reviews are fake.Check their other site websitenic which is where they bill you (this is on their paypal transaction). Most of the content is dummy content. They should not be in business I have reported them to TLD registrar.

As a follow-up to a prior complaint--this company continues to stick to a false narrative without providing any evidence that can be reviewed by CloudFlare. They've changed their address from the UPS store to: "1295 Avenue of the Americas, 6th Floor New York, NY 10019" If you do a search for this address there's only two hits for this location. The New York Hilton and HostBlast You can't make this stuff up. Maybe they should try their real address in Sti Lanka.Since I use CloudFlare (all emails, ftp and other traffic transits their servers) they have found no evidence of the false claims by HostBlast--only ONE EMAIL going through the server reporting an abusive IP to OVH Canada for scanning hundreds to thousands of times a day. HostBlast has failed to provide any evidence that can be checked by CloudFlare against their server logs. No evidence at all. Nothing.The New York Attorney General's office can find no evidence of a physical presence in that state in any form. It appears that they operate from Sri Lanka and use a billing service also outside of the United States. Finally, I have dual citizenship (France) and as such they are going to use something called "extraterritorial jurisdiction" in the EU and Canada against OVH Canada for allowing HostBlast to use their servers as a reseller. Too bad. I don't care if a company is in Sri Lanka or Sao Paulo. Be honest and provide an acceptable level of customer service.It's a serious matter to represent yourself as somewhere you're not and your company as something it isn't and receive money through electronic transactions.NOTE: If you still decide to use this company I would recommend getting CloudFlare. Your "Name Servers" will be CloudFlare's and all traffic will go through them providing you with a layer of protection and forensic evidence against false allegations by this company.FIVE STARS for CloudFlare!!!!

Ok So Here Is My Honest Review!!The Host blast Team work extremely hard to keep the system clean and safe and responsive, Me personally, yes I have had a bit of down time here and there but on the whole I can not fault these guys and for the price paid it is exceptional value. you have to remember if you are bringing and trying to use host blast to cause spam issues etc it will result in you leaving bad feedback because they have to stop you doing this so everyone else enjoys the service without issues. If I owned the company I would want to make sure that didn't happen to !! A special mention to Stefani and Caresse Thank you !

Hello,This web hosting is not serious, they ignore your messages, reply responds are too long. My website went down for 24 Hours (I have purchased web hosting 4 days ago), supports don't care about my business and my time. They are massively deploying shared hostings on server till server crashes. Once this happens, you can just sit and watch how your business falling apart.This is illegal and I'm doubting why no one fill lawsuit complaint against this fake company.

THey are so so and they use to have a online technical assistant but for a longtime they dont have it .Only for presale marketing is online.I ve been having many problems since i guess i m customer of them for about 6 years or more and many domains and hosting service i have with them.Lately some attack they had and ı had back up of only sql so i lost all the images in the one of the website. Took for them 1 week to open cpanel for me and i m still struggling with other 2 website to birng them back to life. Only answer via mails and even not enough clearance plus after 24 hrs or sometimes 48 hrs later. THinking of paying more and moving somewhere else more professional. BUt all in all except their technical support and consumer relation , still an option for small and non expensive business
