Scam company BEWARE

While attempting to board one of their cruises in Boston I received an injury to my leg causing a gash to the bottom of my leg and twisting my ankle due to the gang plank not being secured properly, the crew immediately changed the gang plank and wedged it so it was secure yet never acknowledged my injuries. I hobbled on to the cruise and tried to speak to the captain who at first didn't want to know and then told me someone would talk to me when we had left the harbour. When someone did come to see me they took me into the wheelhouse and the captain told them to bandage my leg. They struggled to find anything to bandage it with has the first aid kit was poorly stocked someone then came with a smaller kit and they put a elasticated bandage round it. The captain informed me that the manager would be waiting for me when I arrived back at the dock. When we returned I asked for a accident report to be filed and that I would like a copy. I was informed they didn't have a accident report book and that when he returned to his main office later in the day one would be filed on line and a copy would be sent to my email address (this never happened) . Due to my injury I was limping for about 4 days and still have a scar on my leg, I also was not able to walk the freedom trail or do the organised walking tour of NYC the next day and struggled together to places my wife and I intended to visit in NYC without using taxis at a great expense. The tour operator tried to contact the company who at first didn't respond and then basically said there was nothing they could do and that they never share accident reports. This is a scam company . BEWARE

Disappointing 4th of July experience

Disappointed 4th of July experience. Despite checking in a day early, we had to queue for over an hour to access the boat. Despite buying VIP tickets, everyone had access to all decks regardless of ticket type. The boat was overcrowded, long lines for food, drinks and toilets and barely any view of the fireworks due to the amount of people onboard. I would not recommend this cruise, specially if you go with children -there are far better and safer options on the pier. If you still go, buy the cheapest ticket, grab your drinks and a spot outside and don't move from there.
