I posted about the purchasing on their website, still true, would be helpful if they put more detailed measurement photo, as the photo with a person makes it look like a huge recliner, it's not. Anyways, the delivery went great with a link showing the driver's distance. Drivers were super kind, spoke professionally and set up our chairs great. Overall start to finish was insanely better than my experience with RTG!
I just wanted to give out a very special thank you to Tucker and Justin in the Hudson Oaks Tx Store for their handling a situation with home zone warranty. They got in touch for me with the warranty company with Aaron and everything is set up now to cover the warranty that they very highly recommend and it is well worth it. It's a peace of mind. We purchased a sectional and some end tables back in February 2025. We love Home zone in Hudson Oaks, Texas. It's great to have a local furniture store. That is very friendly. It makes you feel at home again thank you to Tucker and Justin.Donna

Jessica and Oneil were very helpful. They greeted me as soon as I arrived at the store. Jessica helped me to confirm that the items I wanted were in stock and Oneil helped me find a mattress. They made it a very easy process.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with great customer service. Call my three-year-old and newborn with me and my wife. They’re very accommodating with my children offered my son an ice cream sandwich. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

UPDATE: As you can see from Home Zone’s reply to this review they only repair any problems and refuse to replace any pice of furniture with multiple defects or that is completely broken down when the product is barely even 6 months old. Their 13 month warranty actually says they have the option of repairing or replacing at Home Zone’s discretion. They will only want to offer repairs and will never replace a defective or garbage piece of furniture. It’s a major hassle and not worth the money. They don’t even stand behind their products other than wanting to repair it. So don’t count on getting a good quality product from this company. They don’t care about loyal customers either. Check their reviews on the Better Business Bureau too. This happens to a lot of their customers. They sell something that breaks or is bad quality then leave you in the lurch depending on them repairing it and hoping it doesn’t happen again. Their furniture is horrible and the customer service is even worse! Our leather sectional sofa is falling apart in numerous places after only 6 months. The stitching is literally unraveling at the seams and one power recliner is broken. They will only repair the items and refuse to replace anything that has a problem even if the entire sofa is defective and broken down in only 6 months. They would rather come haul off your furniture and take it to be repaired than replace any defective piece. That or they can come tear the furniture apart inside your house and “fix” it. No option or replacing even one single defective piece on the sofa. When we asked them to replace the broken power recliner after only 6 months. We were told “we don’t give out free furniture to people”. We aren’t asking for anything free. We want what we paid for and this piece of junk is not it. Stay far away from this company. They do not care about their quality or their customers at all. When we told them they were losing a long time customer they responded with “that’s your choice”. What a joke! Run from this place as fast as you can!

ordered online and was able to pick a delivery date within 4 days, but my item has not shipped and when followed up with the store, I was informed it will take 22 days to receive the product. It was not listed on the website that I would have to wait 7-10 business days before my item would possibly be shipped. I have since learned that it takes 7-10 business days (not calendar days) for the company to get around to sending photos of the item via email which have to be approved by me BEFORE the item will even be scheduled to ship from the store. This information is not posted on the site. I have also learned after the purchase that the item will then take an additional 7-10 business days (not calendar days) to get to a local delivery location and then after waiting almost a month for the product, I get to wait even longer for the local delivery company to schedule a time for the product to be delivered to my home. None of this was listed or explained until AFTER the item was purchased.

We were looking for a master bedroom set and we found one we liked (Laguana Beach). We worked with Jagger and he was very helpful in getting the price and delivery we needed. Delivery was made on schedule and the two gentlemen were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Home Zone Furniture.
