We had such an incredible experience with Homelove Pet Health. Our cats absolutely hate car rides, so traditional vet visits are always extremely stressful (for them and for us). Having the team come to our home completely changed the experience.We were able to get an appointment quickly, and the communication leading up to the visit was excellent. They kept us updated on their arrival time, which was especially helpful with our anxious cat who tends to hide when new people come into the house.Once here, they were calm, kind, and incredibly efficient. Our usually timid “scaredy-cat” warmed up to Christin within minutes, which is unheard of! We’re so grateful this service exists. It removes a huge barrier to keeping our pets on schedule with their care. No more postponing appointments because we don’t want to put them through the stress of a car ride. We have a 20 year old Ragdoll who is needing some extra care and having a service that comes to our home has been a game changer. Our cats are so much more relaxed being in their environment and it makes the experience so much calmer.

I've had two visits from them, with the same two vet techs both times. The techs were courteous and did well with the cat. It was a good experience and the convenience and lower stress for the cat have helped with overall care. This will always be a supplemental service to an actual vet visit so overall cost of care will increase. Note they do not take voice calls, despite asking to "hear from me" so that was apparently a figure of speech. But they have been good at communicating via text.

Our experience was great. They showed up on time and were very considerate and patient during the visit, which is perfect for anxious pups around strangers. We had a nail trim for the dog and cat, with an ear cleaning. They were in and out within 15 minutes, which was super convenient! Plenty of treats were provided!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Homelove and the experience we had with their at-home vet services. From the moment Nicole and Liz arrived at our door, it was clear we were in the best hands. They weren’t just vet techs doing a job—they were compassionate professionals who truly love what they do.Our dachshund Frankie has high blood pressure and has been through a lot recently, so she's understandably anxious around vets after months of pokes and prodding. But Nicole and Liz were incredibly patient and intentional with their approach. They didn’t rush into anything, and instead let Frankie get comfortable with their presence first. Their calm, kind energy made a world of difference—not only was she relaxed, but I was too. (The treats helped too!)The care they provided was thorough, gentle, and clearly rooted in a deep respect for animals. It felt more like friends visiting who happened to be incredibly skilled at animal care. They even left us with the sweetest surprise: a little Polaroid of Frankie looking happy and cared for.Homelove is a true gem, and Nicole and Liz are a dream team.
