Great company to use, especially recommend their electrician service technician David. I’ve used him at least a dozen times for multiple properties I manage and he’s always done great solid work. I will continue to call this company first for all of my home repair needs.
The plumbing work was simple and easy. It was surprising quite affordable too. There were no hidden costs, really upfront about how much all of this will cost.
Had a leak in the refrigerator the tech I had fixed it with no problems, my refrigerator running back likes its new. Also my oven wasn’t working either he fixed that too. The tech handled both of my issues and fixed both problems.Thank You So Much.
The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful in making my first appointment and, later, in arranging a follow-up. The technician saved me time by speaking with me before the appointment, so he could be sure to bring the necessary replacement part. Excellent, friendly, professional, and helpful service from everyone involved. Will definitely do business again!

The helpline is very friendly and efficient; they helped me book an initial visit on the same day! The technician was able to fix my Thermador fridge, freezer, and LG washing machine within a couple of hours. Competitively priced and very professional, I highly recommend Home Alliance.
Do not use them. 2 months after using they tried to charge my credit card twice for membership i never signed up for. American Express denied the charges. I called them and asked why are you trying to charge this card. They were trying to steal money for services not rendered.
We had our fencing replaced today by Kevin and John from alliance homes..they both worked really hard and done a good job..Its so nice to look out my window and see a lovely fence rather than the eye sore I have been looking at for a long time now.thankyou Kevin and John you both were polite,helpful and respected the property 😀
The top set of bulbs and the freezer bulb were all out in my refrigerator. Denis guided me through the process of (1) determining the cause of the failure, (2) buying the replacement bulbs and (3) troubleshooting and eventually replacing the faulty bulb. Denis of Home Alliance was a pleasure to work with. All these were done via Google Meet and email.
I was very pleased with recent service from Home Alliance. Two burners on our quite old gas stovetop were not working. The technician examined it carefully, explained what a repair would entail and cost, and suggested that it would be smarter just to buy a new cooktop. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty.

I’ve been using 5 Star Appliance Repair for years and have always had a good experience. Everyone is courteous and professional and they thoroughly explain what the problem is and what the repair options are. I have nothing negative to report! The prices seem reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using their services to repair my appliances in the future. Most recently, they replaced my oven’s igniters, after quickly diagnosing the issue.

Had a problem with my washer. The guy came out, determined needed a new pump. The pump was ordered, he came back to replace the pump. Ended up working my dryer also. Very easy, no problems with setting up scheduling.
Their customer service reps and schedulers on the phone were the worst. The gave us time windows for the service tech to arrive and they never did. Then when we called to check in and see if they were still coming they assured us the tech was just late only to learn he would never show. We waited at home on 3 separate days with no tech arrival.
Was quoted a price of $1289 to "Spark Module is malfunctioning and should be replaced maintenance re- wiring" Called Viking who told me the cost would be $500.
Got a membership in 2023, was supposed to come with a free "air conditioner tune up." However, when we called for a very simple air conditioner service (the drain line needed to be cleared) they sent someone out who then told us this would cost $369. Not believing this was possible, since many places advertise this service for under $100, we called in. And they told us that thanks to our "membership" we didn't have to pay $99 for the tech to come out (no one charges that) AND we were getting a discount on a service that was usually $410. After they left we called the company who had installed the unit on the roof 4 years ago. They came out (FOR FREE) cleared the line (FOR FREE) and told us that it was at MOST a $70 job since the drain line was so short.DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PLACE!!!
