I have been waiting for a refund for over a month and I have not received any communication and I have not received any response to any e-mails I have sent. At first I did what they told me and sent positive comments about Mrs. Edith but her behavior is unacceptable in that they said I would receive them and I have not received anything in my account or an answer to my questions. Make it clear that when you try to…
Make it clear that when you try to purchase an item online that by doing so, you are subscribing and that fees will be going off your account every couple of weeks. Be more transparent. I did cancel my subscription and Bob is in touch and trying to help to resolve the issue.
