A friend recommended this product, he said they've been around years. It's a very easy to use website, I've just done the wellness test and I got a 5. It's confirmed what I knew anyway, that I need to do more and eat heathier. Found a supplier that is only a couple of miles away so picking up the formula later. I really hope this will help me lose a few pounds and more importantly keep them off.
