I had an absolutely amazing experience through Hello Divorce! Everything was so easy from Day 1. Hannah was so supportive and helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. I really appreciated that she would even let me know if she would be out of office and that she would respond to me as soon as she could. If she didn't know the answer to a question she would find out without hesitation. Hannah was just so reassuring and wonderful throughout the entire process I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am that she was there to guide me through it all. She made everything so easy and she was great about checking in with me and letting me know how things were progressing while waiting to hear about my final judgement. my divorce was very difficult on many levels and hello divorce made it so much better and so much more manageable. I could’ve never filled out the paperwork without them. I don’t think I was aware as to how difficult the paperwork is and what the different steps require. I probably enjoyed the fact that I could do added onto tiers if I wanted to …such as talking to a lawyer for an hour . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Im so grateful to be done.

Dishonest Sales Process
During the process they pushed a sale, and put in writing from the sales team that we would not need additional products. Once we purchased the initial package it became clear we would need more. It was clear that the team members we spoke with after were trying to help, but customer service and sales were not helpful and extremely rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great people with a repetitive inefficient process flow
The representatives were all kind, empathetic, and professional. The portal was sluggish and repetitive, and the process flow was cumbersome. * The forms should have autofill. I had to reenter the basic information on every form. It should have been entered once and prepopulated on the other documents. * The SLA for representative to respond to questions is two business days. This slowed the process too much to make the platform usable for me. Confirming the information in the initial notice took a month because one question would generate another question, which had another two-day wait.

It was really helpful. My ex wife and I had a smooth divorce (we agreed on almost everything) and HD made it that much smoother. The people always communicated quickly, helped correct errors, etc. Well worth the cost.

My experience was with friendly staff and easy forms. I had to wait longer than I anticipated and it is still not completed. I did not feel like my support person was knowledgeable about my state and it seems that we missed something and will need to submit more forms. I am disappointed.

*****I cannot say enough about both the expertise and level of kindness that I received from Hello Divorce(HD). If only I found them FIRST (seriously!!)! So much wasted energy and pain (not to mention money) just spiraling because I was referred an idiot of an attorney by a friend (NOT through Hello Divorce). HD is a dream!! Ironic because my ex who left me used HD to serve me (clever, playful name, I must add) and that’s how I learned about them. Straight answers, people that know their shit & seem to really care (& I have to say really DO care!) Like, in my situation, I went over the set hour a few times and no one charged me the extra. TWO different attorneys and a CDFA, none of them did (not that they probably do that too often...). The experts they have found are good people, professionals, wanting to help. They know it’s stressful and if you’re kind with them, they really do show up. They kept me on track and really showed me a way forward where frankly I had become paralyzed. I could go on and on but give them an hour of your time and you will see the light, lol- sounds funny, but seriously, THIS is how it should be handled. No one is asking for $5k or $10k as a retainer to just start a thirty minute conversation. They know it doesn’t need to be that and they know they can help you just wrap this up and cut through the BS. My experience at least. I’d give them TEN stars here if I could!!
