The front desk nervous lady was not friendly at all. No friendly greetings! When I first entered and first thing she said to me “just a minute!” I thought huh???? And Kim treated me like I am wrong. So is that how U treat ur customers, that customers are wrong? Another thing Kim treated my husband as a 2 year child that he needs to “SHARE” candies. Again is that how U treat ur customers? I don’t think that is even funny at all. I remember that Kim used to be funny. What did we do wrong to deserve that???😢

It was my first time ordering from their site and it was unclear which charger would work for my hearing aids. I ordered the one that I thought would work based on the information given. Again, I had never bought a replacement charger before, so I could only go with the information given on their site. The charger did not fit my hearing aids, so I reached out to their customer service about returning it. It cost me $45 to return a product that I could not and did not use. $20 on shipping both ways and $25 on restocking and credit card fees. None of this was explained to me ahead of time by their site, unless I expressly clicked on and read their return policy, or their customer service rep after I reached out to them. I could have exchanged it for the correct one, but would have been charged extra fees because of my error on the original order AND still have to pay to return the original charger. The entire process was confusing and frustrating.
