Update on this scam company
Further to my recent feedback have just researched several of the medical claims of this company with regard to independent product reviews. Firstly, the NHS does NOT endorse or approve the VitalTrack TENS. Secondly I could find NO Dr. Paula Robertson linked to H&L, so this so-called medical endorsement is also totally false. Once again my advice is not to buy ANY medical equipment from this company as they are scammers.

Yet another scam company
Due to this company rating the VitalTrack TENS as being a No. 1 buy I stupidly went ahead and parted with £59.99. I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and was appalled when it arrived, poor quality, dreadful instruction manual, and it just wouldn't work. I tried every means I could to contact them to no avail, then this company Healthandliving with the same result. Trustpilot has clearly shown both to be scam companies and they must obviously be linked. I am now reporting this to my bank and Trading Standards as these companies should not be allowed to do this to the public, many of whom are ill - it's absolutely disgusting in the extreme.

False claim of NHS endorsement
When searching for Home Blood Pressure Monitor on Google, the first hit is titled 'NHS recommended BP monitors' and links to a Healthandliving.net page, but there is no NHS endorsement of any of the recommended devices listed. The page has an 'advertising disclosure' which says: "Our top ranked products are reviewed on the basis of our own views, knowledge and opinions. We do not review all products in a given category. All opinions expressed on this site are our own". The page is also sub-titled "Medically reviewed" with no further explanation. Seems to be just a click-bait income generator for someone.

It does look like a scam!
All that has been said before me appears to be true. I ordered a BP monitor this week and it has been a tale of unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails ever since (27 phone calls and 6 emails). See Vitaltrack reviews on Trustpilot for more info. This website does indeed look like a scam. You have been warned!

Yet another online scammer
Based on this company's reviews of TENS machines, we bought a VitalTrack Pro Series. Not sure about the machine, but Vitaltrack is a scam company (see my review of them) who don't respond to emails or telephone calls. Following on from this, I have tried to communicate with healthandliving.net because they recommend them only to be met by a resounding silence. How can you take anyone seriously who blatantly promotes such rubbish. I've come to the conclusion that before doing business with any e-commerce company, you need to check them out on Trustpilot first.

Nothing more than a devious ploy to convince you to buy an inferior product with no customer support in my experience.

Your previous reviewer has it right! A scam website.
Your previous reviewer has it right. The healthandliving.net website and Vitaltrack appear to be part of the same scam scheme to sell dud medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, over the internet. The scheme is very elaborate and convincing and has obviously been meticulously prepared, but it’s a scam nevertheless. Don’t fall for it, and avoid both healthandliving.net and Vitaltrack at all costs!
