If there's a torn bag or one that…
If there's a torn bag or one that doesn't close please do not return my clothes just wrapped in cellophane wrap with the damage bag in there. Nobody wants to go outside and see their clothes wrapped in plastic considering I'm paying $35

So happy
This was my first time using this company and the delivery guy was so very nice and I told him as a nurse that I needed my clothes back as soon as possible because I had to go to work and he made sure that I had my clothes back within 2hr I’m so impressed thank you’ll who made sure I received my clothes within a day. Everything was nice clean and smelling good. This is now my new laundry place

As a first time customer
As a first time customer, it was easy to put clothes in a kitchrn trash bag for pickup. Clothes came back next day neatly folded. HappyNest let me track both pickup and drop-off. They followed request for non-scented detergent.
