I really appreciated how responsive and organized the team was—those qualities made my experience great. The company clearly puts effort into customer care and efficient service. One thing you’re doing especially well is keeping communication open. If anything, continuing to streamline response times or adding more clarity in updates could make the experience even better.
Nice quality product. Like some others I used a dremel tool with a grinding wheel for cuts versus snips. Additionally rather than tuck the screen ends in I folded the screen ends and used a spare piece of the front lip to screw the ends onto the gutter. I had a combination of 4 and 5 inch gutters. I bended the mesh up for the 4 inch gutters and slide under the shingles for the five inch.
Amazing Product
Great service, I will recommend to others
Easy On as the name says. Materials appear strong and durable. Self tapping screws make for a long standing installation. Looking forward to a clean gutter fall and winter.
I am extremely pleased with this product. The only complaint that I may have would be the fact that the long Pine needles from my White Pine get caught in the screen mesh making it look like I have4 things growing out of them. This is an easy fix with a good stiff bristled broom which breaks them off. My gutters flow freely like they should.
With no corners installation was easy on steeply (45 deg) pitched roof. Material was of good quality. Can't evaluate functionality since it hasn't rained heavily yet. Self-tapping screws supplied worked great.
This was a replacement of a vinyl cover, which got plugged with pine needles. The mesh of the GG is much better and allows more water to go into the gutter. Installation of a replacement was a breeze.
Great product. arrived on time with EASY User Friendly DIY Instructions. Sturdy shipping boxes allowed for NO bent or damaged items. Everything was included to make the installation seamless and smooth. I highly recommend this product. If you are a DIYer you can save 90% over the cost of having a Professional do it.
This is a great product. Easy to install.
Great product! Easy to install and looks like it will last for a long time. Was hoping there’s some way to make it easier to cut them (Maybe precut marks) for the length needed.
Haven't installed them yet. Most likely this weekend.
Bought these for my house installed 45 feet in about 3 1/2 hours recommend using good tin snips and gloves. I have a large tree with very small leaves so far so good highly recommend.
Straightforward installation.
Installed about 500 feet over several days. Went smoothly with 2 people. Would recommend a GOOD pair of tin snips for corners.
They work great! Installed them on my shed and haven't had any problems with them. The seem to keep the debris out while allowing the water to flow freely.
I am 66 yrs young and Installed 100 ft in less than 10 hours. Recommend watching DIY videos in addition to gutter glove. My gutters extend well beyond edge of roof, gutter glove only shows flush install. Had 2 non tradition pieces that took one hour each or would have completed in only 8 hrs. Used paint stirrers to lift under roofing. Recommend also using hack saw to cut rather than snips. Very pleased.
I put these up to keep the sticks and leaves from my Honey Locust trees out. That worked well. Fairly easy to install once I figured out a good process. My roof is 12/12 so I ended up putting a pretty deep indent in the mesh to allow water collection. The indent is proving to also collect a very large amount of the mineral from the shingles, and dust from the nearby farmers, creating a little more maintenance than I had anticipated. The inside corners at the valleys is the biggest collector and plugs up the mesh creating spillover if not maintained frequently. An unanticipated benefit of keeping the leaves out of the gutters was a near extinction of Earwigs that used to migrate into the house, YAY. I'll see how long they last and see what problems it creates for the roofers the next time we have a hail related replacement.
I ordered two 92' boxes of the 6" style at the same time. They arrived on different days with both boxes showing rough handling during shipment. Many of the pieces had bent corners but this was fairly easily remedied with pliers. Cutting the mesh with sharp tin snips was easy but to cut the frames I used a 12" bolt cutter. These are much higher quality than my previous gutter guards an I expect them to last many years. My only suggestions are to offer them in more varied quantities (I had to order 184' while I only needed 160') and to improve the packaging to prevent damage in transit.
