Guardian kept me informed every step of the way. They followed up with me regularly to make sure I was aware of the current state of my settlements. There was a great level of professionalism in every interaction. The legal team represented me in court when I was summoned by one of my debts.

Worst decision ever. Not worth the credit drop
I have been with Guardian Litigation Group since May 2025. I only needed help with two credit cards. The first and only one that was settled started at $12,110, they negotiated it down to $5,575 which is great but then they tack on their fees of $10.95 a month and $3211.33 for settling. So I am only saving a little over $3,000 but my credit score is so screwed now. When I started my credit was at 825 and now I am at 530. That to me is not worth a savings of $3,000. I could have just been paying the card the $422 a month and not had this HUGE hit to my credit. I was told it would be a temporary decrease in my credit that would only last 6 months. I told them that I was planning on moving this summer and I was insured that my credit would be better by then. Now I can not purchase a house. I have one other card that they are supposed to be taking care of for $11,988 but it has been in "negotiations" for almost a year. They called and said I could get a loan to settle it faster but what is the point in that when I essentially had a loan with the credit card company and was already paying them. The point was to pay it off at a lower amount, not start another loan. I think I am going to pull that card from GLG and pay it myself in hopes to get my credit score back so I can move. Joining GLG was by far the worst decision I have made.

Listen, if you want a real debt consolidation company that isn't full of gimmicks trying to make money off of you, guardian lit. Is where is at. Monthly check in's, well organized, you have access to every transaction, and they handle all creditors and court situations. It's all part of the program. I am completely satisfied with their service and it's been 2 years so far working with them.
