Golden Rule did an amazing job for our group of 23 that traveled to Kenya. First of all they honored our specs on the route we wanted to take through Doha. 3 days before our travel plans the airport was shutdown in Doha and they rerouted us….They did a fantastic job!
Rob Barbara took care of me in a timely fashion. Even when I had to change one leg of my trip due to the snow in the northeast. I have already started recommending Golden Rule to my missionary friends. Thank you Golden Rule for having such a wonderful company that helps us so much.
Golden Rule was so helpful in getting me rebooked during a massive weather event in Dallas. While others waited hours in line, I was able to message Golden Rule quickly and within 30 minutes they had everything sorted out. It was a life saver and I am so thankful for their service.

On my recent trip, I had 2 separate flights get canceled on a very complicated itinerary. Golden Rule did a great job of getting me rebooked and home as soon as possible. They answered all my questions and came up with great solutions.
Danielle was so helpful getting airfare for our group of 11. She explained the different choices in levels so I could make the best choice for our group. All tickets were arranged and the whole process was seamless.
A few hiccups along the way but overall we were super pleased with Danielle and others who helped make this trip successful.
Golden Rule Travel was my go to when tasked with coordinating a short term missions trip to Mexico. The agents were patient and punctual in answering my many questions. They helped to promptly fix a document error immediately prior to our departure which insured safe, seamless entry to Mexico & re-entry to US. Will call again if needing to organize travel for a church group.

Patrick is AWESOME! We had a missions team from Risen Church in Houston join our ministry, RiverCross Global for work in Zimbabwe. We boarded our plane from Paris to Jo'burg, but then were stuck on the tarmac for HOURS. I texted Patrick to let him know our situation. As soon as we arrived in Jo'burg, our new boarding passes were in our emails. Patrick had gotten all 12 of us rebooked! SO much stress alleviated and time saved! THANK YOU, Patrick! Amazing service time and time again when flights have been delayed or canceled!
Our flights got canceled 12 hours before take-off and Hans spent hours working to make sure the team could all still get to Uganda the same day. He exhausted all options and communicated clearly throughout. Thank you Hans for saving our trip!
The night before my trip, the airline I was traveling with changed my flight schedule so I was going to miss my connecting flight. Golden Rule had a super quick response time and got me sorted with new tickets when I called them in a panic. Very helpful and easy to work with!
GRT has always had great response times with initial scheduling and especially with the most recent rescheduling I had to make. I had been surprised when I got a response to my initial emergency email in less than 5 minutes. Thanks so much for making traveling so much easier!
