Things were good while my warranty was…

Things were good while my warranty was still good but as soon as my warranty was done they will not reach back out to you they will ghost u pretty much not very good customer service I most likely won’t buy from em again bc of the poor customer service

Sounds like i got lucky

Ordering was easy, but offered no ship date and nearly impossible to get in contact with a live person so your cant ask any questions or make adjustmentsto your order. I did receive my go-kart in perfect condition within a few weeks and has been running strong for a year now.

Took my Down payment and now I can't get it back, after order didn't go thru.

Oderered online in February 2025 they took my Down payment online line and the financing for the remainder of my puchase didn't go as described. I chatted with this Company and Text them. They do not follow up on orders, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

MISLEAD

These people are not the ones you want to do business with. They aren't truthful. Called about missing parts on my order and despite my order stating that everything was being shipped together they lied. The engine all of the sudden is sent separately. I asked how long it would take and they stated that because it isn't acceptable to me they would cancel my engine order. I never said anything about it being un acceptable. All I stated was that it was misleading based on the email. They do not care about customer service. I never disrespected them at any moment. They actually stated that I never purchased the order for engine. I clearly have an Email stating otherwise and a credit card statement that shows it was. They made a mistake and the customer gets to pay for it. Unethical way to do business. By the way this is my order G20258135

100% Scam Company, BBB, FTC

I found a go cart I wanted to purchase on Gokarts USA website for my granddaughter. I chose my go kart, paid with my Bread Financial Account and placed order. I recieved an email confirming my purchase from Gokarts USA and a text from my Financial institution (Bread Financial) confirming the payment. I was sent an order number of G20248074 by Gokarts USA. I wanted to get an estimated date of arrival due to the go kart being a gift so I confirmed my order by going back to the website, puttingin my order number. No order number was found. I tried several times to contact the company to finally speak to a extremely rude lady that could not tell me why my order was canceled and that if I wanted to wait 30-40 more minutes then I could speak with a manager. I chose not to wait that long and have a supervisor call me back. I then again attempted to use the websites chat option. I messaged back and forth with a person that finally asked if I assumed I was actually paying $299.80 for a go kart. I replied I never assume anything since the website during checkout gave me an order summary with a discounted price clearly shown. I will attach all documentation if requested later showing everything. I believe that the company canceled my order because of the price. At the end of the chat texting I was advised that Gocarts USA advised their security department of me. Others are saying that the company falsified orders, interactions and resolutions. BEWARE

SCAM

Same issue as everyone else. I selected a pink ATV for my daughter for Christmas. Everything seemed fine then out of the blue I get a email saying my order was cancelled. I called to inquire about the cancellation and was told they tried calling me three times but my number was not in service. Additionally they were calling to tell me that they do not have the Pink ATV and that it would not make it by Christmas as promised. They stated the weather is bad in Dallas, TX. Well that’s a lie because I work out of Dallas and there is no bad weather. She also stated the website stated that you had to place your order by Dec 11th for Christmas delivery. I corrected her by telling her your website says Dec 15th not Dec 11th. This company needs to be shut down because they are writing checks there Ass can’t cash. I will never use them or recommend them for anything.

Canceled order and couldn't care

I ordered a dirt bike and 4-wheeler on black friday for my kids christmas. They waited until after all cyber Monday deals and black Friday deals were over to tell.me they were out of stock on the two items. They only offered to sell me another two for $476 more. They didn't care att all about the predicament I was in and now I've got nothing, sales are over, and less shipping time. Why would you have a site that doesn't auto track stock and list sold out, especially on black Friday weekend?! Horrible experience.

Scooter Title has yet to arrive....

I ordered my scooter back on July 3rd 2024. Everything seemed to be going great!! I received my scooter on July 15th!! Wow!! Fast shipping!! It was perfect and pink! The next step, wait 10 days or less to get my Title so I can get it registered and insured. Well.... that's the end of the nice story... I am sitting here typing on August 16th 2024 and still no Title. Every time I try to call the customer service line I get the automated these are our hours we're closed (automatic disconnect) even during their open hours.... if you choose another option from the list it tells you invalid selection. I have been able to contact someone a total of 2 times over the past month and they assured me I will receive it soon.... just a runaround answer... so now I can't legally drive it anywhere but my own property until they get it together and help me... If you do decide to order from this company know it will be a long process and very hard to contact. Good luck if you ever need parts or anything else for that matter.

I ordered my son’s bike

I ordered my son’s bike. They sent me the verification for the picture which I did. I never heard back from them so I contacted them and they said that the picture was blurry but once again never heard anything so I decided to cancel and they never tried to fix anything or say sorry for the inconvenience they just said OK no problem and just cancel the order after I had waited for this for my son‘s birthday. And until now I still have not received my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ABOMINATION OF A COMPANY!After purchasing (4) 200XRS's for my 320 acres in norther Wisconsin on a credit card they sent me a confirmation and receipt. Then I'm told that my order had been canceled because it was over the credit card limit. When they sent me a than you test I responded asking if my order had indeed been canceled? Mike in customer service responds with "Order canceled because you are a fraudster"! Are you shitting me? I just tried to give them a $13k order and they call me a fraudster? I even spoke with Tatiana the day before who gave me a discount code the for an additional 3% off if I was going to make a purchase of 4 units. Who treats a customer this way? I will be making my purchase elsewhere and GO Karts USA lost out on a really nice order. Very incredibly poor customer service. I cannot see how they've been around since 1961 with this king of service.

This company isn't legit. Trying to order parts and need to talk to someone but the number on their site puts you in the eternal loop. Tried chatting and they gave me 2 bogus telephone numbers. Don't use this company.

Worst sells team

I ordered parts from website. 2 days later I get a email saying I need to send pics and vin number of the utv I was buying parts for… never have I had to send pics of proof that I owned a utv and the vin number for it before they can send me my parts. They took the payment already. 4 days later I send a pic of my utv and the vin number. Welp sales team said in a email that by the pics it wasn’t the right utv but that the vin number matched. By this time I am at a lost as I looked up the parts I needed from the manual and ordered them and now I have some boot leg sales team saying I do not own their brand of utv even though the vin number matched it, so 2 days go by and then I get another email saying they need pictures of my damaged parts that are on the utv still. I finally said enough is enough refund me my money and I will never use again. I hope gokartusa goes bankrupt. By far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Reminds me of going to autozone and asking for windshield wipers and they ask 2wd or 4wd. Like come on. If someone orders parts send them the parts don’t go asking for proof of owning the utv, vin number, then pics of the parts I want to replace.

Consider other options first.

I placed an order on a Tuesday and paid for expedited shipping in order to receive the product by the coming weekend. I had a 10% off coupon and entered the code during checkout. After my transaction, I noticed the coupon only took off 1%. I called and after many attempts to speak to an actual person (they use an AI system which is awful), I was told I would receive a call back or an email on the matter by the next day. I never received a call or an email. Thursday, I finally got an email requesting the serial number of my go kart. I responded accordingly and expressed my concerns and frustrations over the service. On Friday, I received an email that they’d cancelled the order and listed no reason. Please consider these reviews before making a purchase with this company. There are many other options that actually care about you and your business. This place is a disaster.

The WORST

BUYER BEWARE

APPEARS TO BE THE SAME ISSUES I WAS TOLD ORDER CANCELLED 3 TIMES AND 2 CARDS I HAVE 780 PLUS CREVERYDIT AND ACCUSED OF FRAUD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE AGENT TOLD ME ECHECK WAS THE ONLY OPTION.THIS MEANS THAT PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR JUNK AND CREDIT CARDS ALLOW CANCELATIONSO THEY WONT ALLOW CREDIT. THIS IS WHY PRODUCT IS SO CHEAP THEY ARE SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTBUYER BEWARE !!!! .

Placed an order for a go kart billed to…

Placed an order for a go kart billed to me and shipped to my daughter's house as a gift to my grandson. Ordered was canceled due to the different addresses. Email stated to change the shipping address and reorder with is exactly what I did. I get a text from a 925 area code number accusing me of fraud! I sent a picture of my CA license that matched my Credit card info. When I tried calling back the number from the text he responded w don't call. Rude, disrespectful, and offensive. Spend your money elsewhere. All I was trying to do was buy my grandson a go kart and I get accused of being a fraud from this clown.

Unreliable Seller - Possibly scammers in 2023

Selling items they are unable to fulfill. Save yourself the heartache and buy from a more reliable vendor who actually has the items they are selling.Had to contact bank and it took close to 3 weeks for them to refund my payment.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on holding them accountable for their responsibilities, they will hang up on you and block your calls. It’s good to know this before you make a purchase. I found a much more friendly company to order my products from and they are much more responsive. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say they’re only Monday through Thursday. This, of course, is the least of my worries, but just another point of their disorganization.

I ordered from them for the first time

I ordered from them for the first time, and the service was excellent. I received my order on time in a discrete package. Also, love the customer service. Will buy from them again. Highly recommended.
