I’ve been at this for weeks
I’ve been at this for weeks. I’m dealing with exactly no one with an American name or that understands English. Riya and Niharika so far. No brains, just a library of canned responses. They only send bulk canned responses from some FAQ that their low IQ staff don’t even know themselves. You’re on your own to dig through. Portal is nonfunctional. You ask for an expedited appointment. They respond with some BRAINLESS canned response 2-3 days later that doesn’t answer your questions. 2 weeks later still at it despite me telling them it was my time at home before traveling. They don’t care. Just another canned response you have seen. I literally said just take my money and come to my house. In the end after days of back and forth I drove an hour to Castellon to have my fingerprints taken by the National Police instead. $0 and same day verses their $150 plus $240 trip charge. What an absolute scam. I guess it’s because I’m in Spain and folks over the Atlantic have had better luck. At this point I could have sailed over to Washington DC on a small boat and got it in hand. This is hands down the worst company I’ve worked with, even slower than the bureaucracy of the Spanish government. Save yourself stress and the time they will destroy on your immigration process. Now I need to explain to Spain I’ve gotten no where and ask for an extension due to Globeia’s failure. Don’t do it. Extortion prices, incompetent staff and fractured systems.

It was a great experience to get my fingerprints done. Everything was smooth. You can book appointment online and can get a slot with hassle at all. Kavya was very nice. It's not just a fingerprints that you can get at thesame day, you will also receive a letter stating Everything. I highly recommended Globeia Madrid . Service offered was awesome.

Unexpected Fees and Long Processing Times
The mobile fingerprinting process for obtaining an FBI background report through Globeia was more complicated and expensive than expected. During the initial online application, the form required entering “two names,” there was no option to submit the request for a single individual. I entered my own name twice in order to proceed, but was then charged twice, even though the service was only needed for one person.There were also additional fees required later in the process for "shipping" to the FBI, the report itself, followed by separate charges to have the report apostilled. These costs were not clearly disclosed upfront, which made the total expense much higher than anticipated.Processing times were also lengthy - approximately one month to receive the FBI report, followed by "up to nine weeks for the apostille."
