Missing pieces.
I bought the twilight motel set and found numerous pieces missing. You can contact them by scanning the qr code then filling an online questionnaire and uploading photos. If I did this the build would take much longer.

First time using.
Wasn't sure at first, never tried them before. But wow!! Very impressed with the quality and strength of the bricks. The light set up is amazing with really good instructions to follow, loved the wire bricks to hide the wires. Only a small issue was just some of the colours in the book when looking for bricks but you soon get used to it. Will definitely be looking at other models.

Great quality and price!
I love all the integrated lights. Most of the sets I tend to enjoy have 2000 or more PCS. The Medieval series is Awesome. I love the gray/deep red color scheme!

Great product, great service!
Products are great, creative and the lighting is incredible. Their bricks and instructions match Lego's in quality and are easy to fit follow. Product arrives in a couple of days and their website is easy to use. Only area of improvement is the ease to use their redeemable point system but this is something easily improved.

Overall, impression of Lumibricks.
Well, first of all fast shipping! As far as designs, they are definitely putting out some quality ideas and themes. The bricks are high-quality! All printed pieces they have no stickers (awesome) not a fan of the mini figures, but overall, I would definitely recommend Lumibricks. @JediBrickman. On YouTube and instagram

The sets are well designed.
The sets are well designed and enjoyable to build. The lights are really cool. They do offer PDF files, which is a plus for me as I prefer to use my tablet due to my eyesight. I had three sets with issues -Old west Freight train - missing bag S(Tracks)Old west train station- missing a brickOld west sheriff's office - broken wire in light kitReported all three issues to customer service. I did not hear anything back for almost a month. Contacted Lucas at his email, the pieces I needed to complete these sets were delivered in about five days. One star off for customer service. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

I received the set, but the box is damaged
I received the set I ordered. However, I am particularly disappointed with the delivery. The box was simply wrapped in plastic to affix the delivery label.I received the package with two holes in the box. I wanted to keep the box for this set, which will only be used during the holiday season. I am disappointed with the quality of the shipping. In return, Lumibricks offered me a €3 voucher. I hope this will change with the next shipping

Good set - nice for winter village
Good set. Being an early set by the company there are a mix of stickers and printed bricks. The stickers are ok.Overall very happy with the set, the brick quality and the pricing compared to the most popular brand.
