Just Brilliant. I ordered my item on January the 9th and it arrived here in Athens Greece within 3 days. I needed a customs declaration and within an hour had received one. Nothing arrives in Greece under 3 weeks usually ... even if it is sent from Greece. A very special company and service... so rare today and I am sure a lovely product. Caroline
I found cabinet hardware that I really loved, and I ordered it. The website was beautiful and easy to navigate, and communication with them was perfect. The order arrived very timely and I am in love with what I chose! Aged brass handles that feel really nice. They have a great weight to them, and I think they will look spectacular in our new build. Highly recommend!

Everything about my experience with Forge Hardware Studio was FANTASTIC. The company’s communication regarding my order was excellent and much to my delight, I received my order within two days! The best part of my experience was opening the box. I knew from their web site that the product was going to be nice, I just didn’t know how nice. The hardware was absolutely stunning and the weight, very substantial. To say I was overjoyed would be an understatement; this hardware exceeded my expectations in every possible way! If you are hesitant to buy such a critical kitchen component on line without seeing and feeling the product in person, don’t be. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
Criminals. DON"T BUY FROM FORGE HARDWARE. They just resell other brands by renaming them; I received knobs labelled Emtek - just get them directly w/o the mark up.Falsely claimed returned products were damaged.
Forge were amazing! I’d been trying to source a particular handle for a while but because I’m in Australia, no one would ship it to me. Then I found Forge. They sourced the handles and had them shipped directly to me. I literally had my handles in less than a week. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service from Forge. Thank you!!
Atrocious Customer ServiceI had the unfortunately experience of trying to solve an issue with Forge Hardware this morning. They shipped the incorrect items. Their resolution was to have me place a new order (an additional $127). They provided me a free return label though for which they reminded me was on their dime. So that was nice. But not my issue because they shipped the incorrect items. They refused to ship me the correct items express while I returned the incorrect items in parallel. Unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning to Forge Hardware.
Customer Service was Terrible. When I reported missing parts for Hill Management, they dismissed my issue and claimed I was wrong. After returning the product, they refused to refund me, stating it was damaged. I STRONGLY advise against buying from this company.
Wow! Product came in great time and handles and hooks were gorgeous. I miscalculated didn’t order enough. Emailed customer service and they sent me additional pieces super fast! I would order again. Great experience.
I am renovating my home office and just ordered the pulls and hardware and couldn't be happier!! I had first ordered some hardware on Amazon and hated it. After I received hardware from Forge and loved them!! They are going to look amazing
Horrible customer service. They refused to refund me for three knobs that were returned according to their return policy and refused to send them back even though I paid for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Terrible customer service, my items both were received with scratches on them. I asked for a refund and was told to handle them with care when opening the package. As if it was my fault they were shipped with screws in the same packaging. Would not recommend.

Forge Hardware Studio had exactly what I needed, and I sent them an email of appreciation:Thank you again for your response to my question regarding the timing for delivery. Delivery service was great, and the cabinet handles were securely packed with care.Recently the handles were installed, and I am so happy to report that they complement the faucets beautifully.Before I discovered Forge Hardware via my online searches, I was really challenged to find a combination of 3-1/2" and 5" handles in Champagne Bronze to coordinate with the color of the new faucets in our bathroom remodel. I diligently searched a number of websites. No luck!! Then I finally discovered the Forge Hardware website. My searches led me to TEN possibilities for the 3-1/2" and 5" combination. My designer and I narrowed down the choices and agreed on the Champagne Bronze "Regal" handles. Over the years, we have completed several historic home restorations, and we just finished a major update to the kitchen in our 1920’s bungalow. Quality and authenticity were our goals. We installed floor to ceiling custom cabinets, an antique French silk trader’s table as our island, and a custom zinc and brass hood. The final touch was the unlacquered brass Neal pulls and knobs we ordered from Forge Hardware. They are of excellent quality, heavy and solid brass. Even my very experienced 75 year old contractor who specializes in historic home restorations commented unsolicited on their quality. The Forge Hardware team was very responsive. Frankie answered all my original product questions, and Alex followed up quickly when I needed expedited shipping. I ordered one knob and one pull first, as recommended, before placing my final order to be sure it was what I was looking for. Excellent quality and excellent customer service—you can’t ask for more than that. Thank you, Frankie and Alex!
This is my second order from Forge. The first time, I did receive beautiful solid brass pulls, which were expensive. This time, however, with trust in this company, I placed an order for sale items which were advertised as "satin brass" corner pulls, but turned out to be very low-quality light weight cheap look and feel pulls. They were on sale and advertised as having "some issues with finishes". The 38 pulls I received were in original packaging and had no issues with the finish, they are simply low quality, which look and feel like gold spray painted aluminum. I asked for a refund or store credit and they responded with this, "We always recommend ordering 1-3 pieces before placing a large order", "If we receive any false claims or fraudulent activity we will forward all the conversations to our legal team to handle from here". They refused to give any credit or refund and said that it was a final sale. There were no photos examples of the "finish issues". I feel like this is a bait and switch. I will never buy from this company again. I filed a report with the BBB.
