Top of the line service
Their service, which I got today being in a stressful situation handling that phone call by ‘’Rachel ‘’when she answer was extremely wonderful top of the line service I’ve never experienced such a kindness and taking care of the customer like she did today Rachel service was top-of-the-line from the beginning conversation and walking me through the end of conversation and everything ended up beautifully I am so grateful for her help today regards, Emma

Tickets with wrong dates
I had a situation where I purchased ticket with Expedia and somehow the dates were different than the ones I picked. I called and Rachel took care of my issue helping me resolve the situation. Now I have everything in order thanks to Rachel who handled the situation very professionally

Cancel immediately (within 24 hours) and book your flight change with your ACTUAL airline!
My intent was to change a flight with American Airlines, but somehow I called First Fly Travel instead. I can't recreate my steps, but other reviews here mention a similar sense of confusion. I suspect that I may have clicked a misrepresented paid link in a Google search on my phone. The customer service rep had an unprofessional demeanor, but he's only human, he may have been having a bad day. At the end of the call I was emailed a booking confirmation and it was only upon scanning the footer that I realized I had just authorized a payment to First Fly Travel instead of American Airlines. I immediately got a sinking feeling of having just been scammed so I called to confirm the change with American, being extra careful to use the number listed directly on their website. I was surprised to see the flight change was actually made, but shocked to learn that the change would’ve only cost $14.99 through American, not the $115 that I had authorized to FFT. Luckily, I also noted within the booking confirmation that FFT has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I called to cancel, insisting that I had just been scammed by the company and eventually I got my money back. In the grand scheme of airfare, a service charge of $100 is a relatively small fraction of the overall flight cost, but my intent was to have been speaking directly to American Airlines. Somehow I got connected to FFT and they took advantage of my error. Other reviewers here have been taken for much worse. Almost comically, the percentage increase from $15 to $115 calculates out to be 666%.

I called United to change my seats and…
I called United to change my seats and was connected to Marco Salazar X185. He was very kind and helpful. Later in the afternoon, he saw that he could get me closer to the front on the first leg of my trip, he was so kind as to call me back to change my seat number again. Thank you!

Anton from first flight travel
Anton from first flight travel, made my sons flight to Belgium a calming & delightful flight on Monday 8 Sept. Mr. Anton was an angel sent! He rearrange/cancel Airman Fairley flight on Sunday 7 Sept. to accommodate him on the next day flight leaving Dothan Airport. A agent @ the airport wouldn't accept his bag for the plane so we got on the road to drive to Atlanta GA. Airport. On our way I went to the website (Delta) to inquire about Airman Fairley flight . Mr. Anton answered my call and got to work working on my son's flight itinerary. Mr. Anton was courteous,polite, patient and calm & very professional! I thank God for putting Mr. Anton on my call. I was a nervous mother as we traveled to Atlanta. Mr. Anton put me, my son & his dad at ease. He fixed Airman Fairley's itinerary and said in a calming voice " now turn around go back home and enjoy the remainder of this day with ur son. I got him rescheduled to fly out of Dothan tomorrow morning!" He also reimbursed my son some money from the rescheduled itinerary! 😁 Thank YOU Mr. Anton for your patience & professionalism pertaining to my son's military flight, you were Heaven sent! I have your number in my phone. Airman Fairley landed @ Brussels Airport at 0230 a.m. on the 9th Sept. Tuesday morning. I pray there are more agents like you Mr. Anton, you're the best! 🏆🎖 First Class! We enjoyed our time with you by phone last Sunday 7 Sept 25. Thank YOU.....Thank YOU! 👏🏼Outstanding! 😁🙏🏽🙌🏽💝

I was mislead and out of $583.00 due to Nick putting both tickets in my name.
Nick nice, however the messed my traveling tickets up. I had to pay and extra $600 for a flight I already reserved due to Nick placing both plane tickets in my name when it was for my aunt. I was tricked into thinking I contacted United Airlines when in reality this is a third party agency.

Anton is a wonderful face for your business!…
Anton from First Fly Travel just helped me out of a very stressful experience. He helped me find a ticket home which I could afford after I had spent more than 24 hours trying to get home! He was kind, sympathetic, helpful and professional and worked hard to find an solution for me.
