This place is a complete scam

This place is a complete scam. They charged me $700 + and never booked my ticket. I've tried contacting support to get help and a refund but haven't heard back in 4 tries. I also tried chatting them from their website and the first support person left the chat without saying anything to me. It is stuck "transferring" me to a new person but nobody has hopped on to help me for well over 10 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague. They steal money and refuse to help

From missed flights to lost hotel bookings, FCm doesn't just drop the ball — they fling it into another dimension.Their customer service is a Kafkaesque maze of automated responses and agents who seem to have trained by watching reruns of "Fawlty Towers." Every call feels like a gamble, with odds heavily favoring confusion and condescension.Need an itinerary change? You’re better off training pigeons to deliver your request. Want help during an emergency? Good luck! FCm’s idea of 24/7 support means you might get a reply by the next fiscal quarter.In summary, FCm isn’t just bad — they’re impressively, consistently, and almost artistically terrible. If Dante had known about them, he’d have added a tenth circle of hell dedicated to their customer support line.Avoid FCm unless your business trip includes frustration, anxiety, and storytelling material for the rest of your life.
