The Fairybell Christmas tree I bought as a surprise for my wife was a huge hit. Easy to set up, and was so pretty we ended up leaving it up in the backyard until mid-February.

2nd year setting up and taking down by…
2nd year setting up and taking down by myself. This tree looks awesome lit up. It's a lot of work though. Getting a lot of help must be key. I have damaged my plug wires both times. The gauge is very small and I am not careful enough. The Staff with customer care at FB are fantastic. The item I needed was packaged safely and delivered speedily. What I really like is that the company is still there and that reliability means so much. The quality of our 35', 8000 light Fairy Bell tree is very remarkable. It has been complimented many many times.

The quality and durability
The ordering, delivery, set up and looks of your product are fine. I have the 6m multicolor flag pole setup. The quality and durability leave a lot to be desired! My first light set lasted only 2 Christmas seasons. Despite me lowering the lights before every storm, multiple zip ties needed to be replaced and eventually the cables/3 wires between light tore/pulled apart in multiple places and they couldn't be repaired.I am trying one more time and any failure will be returned.

Great Customer Service
I purchased a 26ft Flagpole tree two years ago, so this was my 3rd Christmas with this beautiful tree. Unfortunately, a few of my light webbings stopped working. I contacted FairyBell Customer Service and they were amazing! They gave instructions to test light webbing and worked closely with me to make recommendations to restore my tree to be perfect again! I would highly recommend buying a Fairybell Flagpoll tree. It's a great product with amazing customer service!

Love our flagpole light tree
Love our flagpole light tree. Our second year of use and one of the sections went dark . It was only noticeable if you were close to it, but disappointing. Made claim on web page and replacement showed up within a week! Great customer service!!

Easy to put up and looks incredible
This is my second 10 ft Fairbell Christmas tree I bought as a backup for my 5-year old one. These trees are pretty easy to erect and while they don't look like much in the daytime they are magnificent at night. I wanted another multi-colored light model but it was not available so I had to get the white light version but that's not a complaint.

Horrible experience, order missed Christmas even though ordered early
Horrible website that wouldn’t process my order due to the amount. I needed a part to make my flagpole Christmas tree work. Tracking the order was impossible. Oder arrived after Christmas even though I ordered December 11th. Horrible, horrible, horrible
