I have multiple telephone contact , as I ordered at airplane ticket via norwegean homepage . I was offered accomodation via link to expidia . Here I ordered accomodation for three passengers , same as airplane ticket.All inclusive for all . The offer was accepted but a couple of days later the hotel said I only paid for two adults .I contacted Expedia and pr mail to have the reservation corrected . Some how expidia could not reach the hotel per telephone . After hours with out result , they promised to get back to me - witch they never did . Customer support is worthless

Worse customer service for merchandise
I tried to get some information from Expedia, but the customer service representative, Kevin, said he couldn’t help me because I had to answer the verification call on-site. I verified my position, but he still refused to assist me.

impossible to get any help. asked to help me to find link to my property in the admin panel and they want all sorts of verifications and still can't tell me where to go

Utterly impossible to speak to anyone.
As a hotel host: Utterly impossible to speak to anyone human, even on messaging, let alone on the phone - which sometimes is the only way to resolve issues. For one of the largest companies in the world, and considering the commission they take from my hotel, this is beyond ridiculous and a poor way to do business. Also, do not enforce their OWN policy with regards to removing false guest reviews that are demonstrated to be clearly relating to another property. Partner Central is a poorly designed host interface which just wastes everyone's time.

The worst booking partner channel!Do not ever make an account! They are selling only in high season and even if you have aready closed the rooms. They are giving the guest a much lower price not the real one. And for relocation they want to charge double the price the you suppose to recieve.The services is really poor they cannot answer you questions just repeating the same sentenses as one record.You make money with them, you can only loose.
