I had a BAD experience with Executive work space
I had a BAD experience with this company executive work space, I rent out the office located at 2425 N Central Exp, Richardson Tx 75080. One day on September 2023, they ask me to move out with the short notice like a week, and the security deposit did not refund until now December 2023.Here is the email they sent me:"I am sending this email just as a reminder to those who haven't completely moved out of their offices yet that tomorrow is the final day to do so! Starting at 6pm on Thursday the 21st, we will be removing all remaining furniture and anything else in the offices. You will be able to hand carry out boxes throughout the day. However, anyone with movers has to have them come after 6pm today or tomorrow or security will not let them do any moving. Also, fridge and cabinet clean out will be happening in the breakroom today. There are many coffee cups that people have left behind, so they will be left out on the counter for anyone to grab if they like!"Do you when will I receive the refund?We will be sending the prorated amount out via check a little bit after the 21st. I can't give you an exact date as to when these checks will arrive to you, but it should not be too much more than a couple of weeks! Can you send me the address we need to send this check to?The deposit should be sent out 60 days after your move out date!

Management Was Beyond Insulting…
Management at the Legacy facility in Plano was beyond insulting and scolded this incoming client for not understanding the EWS service policies. These managers showed no interest in assisting an incoming client during the sign up period. After receiving the initial EWS paper work signed by the client the company immediately obtained a deposit of $803.98. When the incoming client requested the temporary use of 2 hrs of office space prior to signing the final documents and paying the total monthly fee of $1350 the request was dismissed and denied. Ultimately the incoming client was accused of 'asking for services for which EWS hadn't been paid' This company has been very disrespectful and dismissive of an incoming client and clearly does not have client's needs and professional obligations on their agenda.

Absolutely a trainwreck unprofessional mismanaged place. If you value your business don't rent here the prices are cheap because they can't keep employees and you will lose tons of clients and look unprofessional.

OMG, we were told why we were renting it hourly not per day IN FRONT OF OUR CLIENT, we almost lost our client because of that, how unprofessional? How can she tell us in front of our Client? If she wanted to ask or tell something she should have call us into he office and talk privately not in front of our client, our reputation got messed up they were like oooo you don't have an Office???very very unhappy with their customer service.

The overall experience has been less than pleasant leasing from this company. Like the other reviews said. When they have a front desk person that understands what is needed by the tenant they are no longer there. The phone system was recently upgraded. This has been a disaster for our sales team that does 90% of our business on the phone. The best part of working at our building is the floor manager Marissa. She is very knowledgeable and is always helpful when needed. (we needed lots of help with the new phone system) Also Amber & Denise are very polite, professional and picked up the daily duties very quickly. The girls are great! The company, not so much.
