Avoid this company at all costs.They delivered the wrong colour panels — completely different to what I ordered. I provided clear evidence on delivery showing the mistake, with screenshots of what was advertised versus what I received.Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I must pay over $700 to return their incorrect product before they’ll issue a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, after I raised the issue, they quietly edited their website to cover the error — and I have proof of what it showed beforehand.This is the standard of customer service you can expect: even when they make the mistake, you are expected to pay for it.Appalling experience and absolutely not how a reputable supplier should operate.

Could not have asked for a better service! Dan is a grafter, he was at my house from 7.15am to gone 5.30pm every day to make sure he got the job done! He also didn’t mind doing an extra couple of jobs for me. Very helpful and excellent workmanship, a perfect job!! I would recommend 100 times over.

Dan and his team produced exactly what we wanted and they had to bespoke some of it due to our house being one hundred and 50 years old. We had a few issues post the installation, nothing to do with the product, and Dan came over at the weekend to help us fix it. I would highly recommend the product and the team! 5 Star Service from start to finish
Dan at Evolve Outdoors did a fantastic job for us supplying and fitting a freestanding aluminium glass roofed pergola. From advising on the options and helping us decide what was best, to working around the decking repairs we had to do at the same time, and then coming back multiple times after the initial fit to ensure that everything was finished off perfectly. He's friendly, trustworthy, punctual, reasonably priced and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. 100% recommend!

He supplied and built a beautiful glass and steel gazebo off my bio folds with built in lighting. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was brilliant too. It looks stunning now!
