More eos and less ego.
You need to find out why your lotions smell like plastic and we DO want a pump. Some of us have arthritis and squeezing the bottle is not an option. No one can buy anything from your website because you don't accept paypal. No one is giving out their credit card info on the internet anymore, it's not safe. You have the gall to put on your website "In-store availability varies by location and retailer." THAT'S BECAUSE YOU NEED TO STOCK THE STORES AND KEEP THEM STOCKED so get over yourselves and make enough to keep the products on the retailers shelves. Like I tell at companies, customers pay to you to in business, the least you can do is keep you products available.
