This is a pure scam. They advertise something on their site but when they confirm your tickets, it's completely different. You can get the tickets directly the paris opera site at 1/3 of price. Don't even bother.
I booked 4 tickets for the Opera in Parma one month prior to the event, all close together. 4 days later, they send me an email to tell me that unfortunately, there are no more seats available all together, but there are still 4 seats available. Do I want the tickets anyway or a refund ? They asked. I immediately replied that yes, I want the tickets anyway. No other reply for them until 3 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT, when they tell me that they won’t have tickets for me. But I live 1500km away from there, and went there on purpose to see the opening of Othello ! And my friends flew in from the USA for that ! How can a company do that ? They absolutely do not care, they refund your tickets but not the rest of the DAMAGE, and their only response is « sorry we overlooked your email ». Unbelievable ! I’ve never seen a company so unprofessional in my entire life.
Do not book with this company. I booked ballet tickets for the State Opera in Vienna without realising I was conned. Paid 130 Euros for 2 tickets at the balcony with a limited/restricted view. They rip you off! When booking, did not realise it’s 3rd party. Book from official site! Do not use this company! I booked the tickets 6 months in advance for my partners birthday and was absolutely shocked when got to the opera last night to find out what I was sold, paid double the price, disgusting
WARNING: Their website is not trustworthy and their activity is fraudulent. They tack on extra fees to tickets that can be purchased directly from the official source. When purchasing tickets, you are unable to select your seats, so it's unclear what you are paying for. Tickets are only dispatched weeks after the purchase. There is no customer service available to process refund requests.
Scam artists. Bought a so called ticket from these snakes 🐍 and still did not receive anything. They will f***** pay for this
