I phoned today asking for someone toLook at my oven, not expecting a visit until the new year, I spoke to Eric and he offered to come out today which I was blown away with. He fixed my oven and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Eric and will be using his services again when the next appliance plays up!
Very honest company! I enquired about a washing machine repair and when I explained the fault code Eric told me it would likely cost more to repair than replace. I was blown away by the honesty as he could have quite easily taken a call out fee and then told me what would be needed.Anyone needing appliance repair should ring Eric at ESH Appliance Repair as you are going to get honest advice and that is worth a 5-star review all day long in my book!Nice work Eric 👏🏻

My integrated dishwasher door was catching on the plinth and the machine was moving around when opening the door.Eric arrived bang on time and re-installed the dishwasher correctly.Very pleased. Would use again.

Eric arrived at our house near Bognor Regis with a big smile and a great handshake. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem with our Fridge Freezer and quickly set about fixing it.Very friendly, knowledgeable guy and would recommend him highly to anyone.Watford fan so not totally perfect!!!

I have a 19 year old Bosch dishwasher that started to leak. Eric’s helpfulness was brilliant. Lots of good advice too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
We had a leak in our dishwasher that appeared just after the warranty period. It was in flood protection mode, so wasn’t functioning at all. There seems to be a lot of options to get these things fixed, but it always feels like a gamble as to who you pick and how well it will go. As a rule of thumb we like to support local trades, so we took a gamble on Eric from E S H Appliance Repairs. When we called he was on a job, but called us back within 10 minutes. His next call was just down the road from us, so he popped by directly afterwards. Leaks are difficult, so we expected it to take some time. Eric persisted, stripping down our LG and identified the source of the leak. It was a simple fix, just a replacement of a split spray arm, so we ordered the part, got it next day and installed it ourselves. Problem solved and his rate was reasonable. From call to solution was in total 2 hours, which was excellent service, although we were probably lucky with the schedule. Eric was very nice, knowledgeable and professional, and I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to my friends.
