Due to my supplier's import issue and my inability to obtain the packaging for my candles. I found myself in a very difficult situation. I received excellent customer service and a affordable pricing thanks to Brian from Empress Packaging. I was further happy when the boxes arrived because they were thicker and of higher quality than those from the prior supplier. Definitely, I would recommend Empress Packaging !!
