Valentines day, no delivery, no notification.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible experience. Tried to cancel my order within 45 minutes and was refused. Paid £9.99 for 6 months delivery, no refund offered. Customer service was abrupt. Received a £35 bunch that looked 2 weeks old and extremely sparse, honestly not worth more than £10. Very disappointed. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
Well one more 1 star review. The delivery was 2 days after the due date The flowers were not in a water so some of them were almost dead. The link box was with 3 chocolate , 3 . I do not beleive it.So defently do not by from them.
I bought a flowers from these lot and i have to say the pictures certainly do not match the flowers on the website i would of got better at the petrol station. The roses are wilted and it looks nothing like the website Following up on my experience the flowers bought are a completely different colour than the ones ordered but bart from the company seems to think they match stay well away from this company you would get better at a garage
Ordered on line over a week ago and nothing delivered so far, customer care do not reply and i am sorry i never read the reviews before buying, please be cautious and do not trust this site.
Absolutely awful card and chocolates got forgotten then they said they will refund £2 as a good will gesture. So disappointed as they was for my best friends birthday .Certainly would never use these again.
I contacted a local Thetford florist advertising same day flowers.I made an order. Alongside my order confirmation from eflowers there was also a message from them that the florist had a question for me.I phoned the number supplied. Message service.I phoned again.Spoke to the florist.' Too busy to deliver today as she had wedding flowers to do'.Could not cancel order I must contact eflowers'.Did that. Offer to find me another local florist who could deliver today. Returned later to say that they had contacted five...no onè able to deliver today.Said the problem was because it was Saturday and no fresh flowers until Monday. Asked for refund.Agreed as immediate because payment was still showing as pending.I won't hold my breath! Why haven't they stopped taking orders on Saturdays? Why haven't they a system where local florists can advise of non available dates for whatvere reason.Phoned Tracey Williams in Bury St Edmunds. She was charming, helpful and efficient. She is delivering my flowers today.Never knew of her before but will not forget her for future business.Eflowers need to remember that it is repeat business that keeps firms going.
Flowers delivered this afternoon as a gift for Mother’s Day. Some already wilting, roses look like might only last a couple of days. I have never used this company and certainly would not recommend
The package was not as described. The 10 flowers were already wilting and had rorren leafs attached what looked like a Teddy was the size of my hand and the box of chocolates was 3 lint balls. It is impossible to complain as they only provide a chat bot. This was the premium package I'd hate to see the standard one, save yourself some money and get lovely flowers in the supermarket.
I ordered some flowers for a friends 80th Birthday. They arrived but unfortunately my friends neighbour refused to accept them and Amazon returned them.I made several attempts to email Eflowers to ask them to resend them and ask Amazon to leave them at the front door. I received no communication whatsoever from Eflowers and consequently would not recommend them to anyone.
Another useless online so called flower shop where you find what you want and it won’t select it to purchase?! Backed up by a terrible AI help chat which tells you NOTHING! Next?!
Ordered flowers to be delivered to a nurse at the hospital. Which is open 24/7. I received notifications on 2 consecutive days saying that delivery failed by 1400hrs, with no explanation why they couldn't deliver. Then a message to say that they would attempt further delivery the day after the bank holiday. This would mean that even if they did actually get the delivery done on the third attempt, the flowers would have been at least 5 days old!! I've asked to cancel and I'm now awaiting my refund. What a shambles, first and last time i have any dealings with this shower...
Ordered some flowers online, then read the TP reviews so was a little worried but no problem they arrived on time and are fine. Would use again.
My daughter got me a bunch of flowers for mother's day the flowers are already dead and they were only delivered Friday, they have mould and fluff growing on them its an absolute con
Absolute scam! My poor daughter-in-law ordered me some flowers for Mother’s Day which cost £25 - she received 5 droopy pink roses and 5 white carnations with one piece of gypsophila in a tiny ‘bouquet’ - I was so disappointed for her as it was such a kind gesture. My £5 bunch of 10 roses from a supermarket were far superior. A total rip off.
If 0 was an option I'd select this..... DO NOT BUY. I got a medium bunch of flowers and with postage came to £36 when it came there was 8 flowers in the box...... This company is nothing but a scam
Total scam....paid for next day delivery....got email saying that the flowers couldn't be delivered, no explanation. Asked for money back and was told they were on their way! No show...4 days later after I went to a proper local florist who delivered the SAME DAY....the original flowers were delivered after I'd complained again. Don't use this company. They don't care about you or who they are delivering to.
My sister sent me flowers. First of all they sent the wrong flowers with a blank card. Then they sent another bunch of the wrong flowers, half of which were dead. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their customer service is offhand and frankly pointless. Awful, awful company. Bad service. Bad flowers.
I ordered flowers as a celebration gift however they arrived with more greenery than flowers, they were left outside my front door on door step even though the person was at home. the FREE chocolates turns out to be 3 sweets!!!Definitely wont be using them again.
Useless! Ordered flowers to thank relatives for looking after our dog.Paid 5.99 delivery. 3 days later no flowers. Asked them why not and was told should have paid more for next day. Their website states 90%of all orders are delivered next day or day after. 5 days, no flowers. Demanded refund and ordered from local florist, who delivered beautiful flowers next day. And the lesson is......
