Charlie has been great this week. His communication is top notch. During a meeting, a customer was looking for a refreshment and Charlie overheard. As we finished our meeting, Charlie had their request waiting on them as they walked out the door.

Susan Buice was amazing
Susan Buice was amazing, she took great care of us going above and beyond making sure we didn’t need anything like coffee, water you name it she would get what we needed! Helped our customers navigate to where they needed to go. The property was amazing. Our room was perfect I think the buyers had a bit of trouble finding certain areas but with the help of Susan she made it better!

It is the people working at ECRM that make this ship go
I really enjoy working the people that run ECRM meetings. Caroline is fantastic and her quick follow up is incredible. Always there when you need her. I’ve enjoyed working with her these past several years. Susan has been an absolute pleasure to work with each day. Always a bright smile and warm demeanor and helpful with anything that was needed. It was great to meet her this week.
